Found Pat's Garage online while looking for a local independent Toyota shop ( they also service other Japanese and Korean brands). I was attracted by their great reviews and decided to make an appointment. Easy to make an appointment online. Great customer service. Left my car in the morning for a regular maintenance service and they had it ready by early afternoon and kept me updated in the process. They also provided with detailed records of the services performed including photos of the parts of the car inspected. Also they have a price promo for first time customers which I took advantage of. I'll definitely be back.

The technician was skilled and efficient, and the work was done smoothly. After the installation, they checked several parts of my car and gave me a clear report about the condition of my oil, tires, and more — along with helpful suggestions. I also asked about tire replacement, and they offered good pricing with a wide selection of brands. The service quality here honestly feels like what you’d expect from a professional dealership. Although the shop seems surrounded by industrial buildings, the lovely Dogpatch neighborhood is only a couple of blocks away, as is the Bay, including small parks & gardens playground, Museum of Craft and Design, Humphrey Slocombe ice cream, and Philz Coffee.

I went in to replace a headlight and even though they were very busy, they squeezed me in and were finished in just a couple of hours. In addition, they checked the air pressure on my tires.
