Do not leave your car AT THIS SHOP!!! If your car is at this shop, go pick it up. Cris the receptionist is the most dishonest individual, they have inadequate mechanics, the Owner Mike simply does not care about the shady buisness going on in his facility!!! They do not honor the 30 day warranty, they take your money and will leave you with a damaged vehicle I am an honest individual that simply supports our local shops and want our community to know when there is a dishonest buisness in our city. CUSTOMERS BEWARE!!!

Be careful whit this guy's They install parts and triple the price They did work on my car last week And told me my battery was no good They put a 120 dollar battery from AutoZone And charge me 250 on the bill just for that And I have proof of that. Make the owner is very rude and unprofessional

Very awesome shop and awesome service!! Chris was super, and did an awesome job mounting my tires for my Miata. Very fast and paid attention to detail to even align the dots on the tire with the valve stem! Super super friendly!! I feel out of place when I go to other tire shops like discount tire. Staff there is always rude and disrespectful. Not here at all, total opposite!! This is 100% hands down my go to tire shop! Will be getting alignment done there in a couple weeks as well! Thank you for the great service!

These fine gentlemen have helped me out of a bind twice now. First time, they did a phenomenal job fixing up my oil-well, along with a general tune up on my car and got me a deal and payment plan that suited me. Second time was for my tire. It was much cheaper than what was basically engine repair but of course it would be. It was done in a reasonable/surprisingly quick time for a low price and I got to watch them do it. Excellent service, extremely friendly group of guys, and a fantastic job well done to boot. Not mention the time my girl had to go in for her brakes. She basically worn them down to past the point of grinding (which is really bad for those unaware). However, they fixed her up, set her up good, and by God that car brakes better than it ever has before. Almost as good as mine. For someone who cares alot about his car, and is very picky over who gets to work on it, I can't recommend these men more. Absolute legends. Will definitely be coming back no matter the problem, cause they just take care it better than anyone else around.

Later, I found out that they gave me a cheap item and made me pay three times its price after I researched and confirmed with other sources. absolutely do not recommend this place!!! They will tell you to bring the car in to check but do not tell you what they charge for checking until afterwards they basically just looked at it without taking anything apart and if you decide to take it somewhere else they will try and get almost $100

I hope this can be helpful for others. DO NOT take your car to this shop or you will take it home in worse conditions. I spent almost $ 4000 for them to fix an oil leak that supposedly they found. I gave them three chances to do the job right and they never did. They also changed my brakes and after they changed them the car now shakes real bad when I go 60 miles or faster. They are NOT honest people. They don’t know what they’re doing, the only thing they know how to do is take your money.

I had a really scary situation earlier this month after running over a box on the highway that was filled with some type of expanding styrofoam. It wrapped all around the driveshaft underneath my truck, and some of it even melted onto the exhaust line. I was honestly panicking because I could hear what sounded like the driveshaft squealing, with the styrofoam flapping underneath while I was driving. I took the nearest exit, which happened to be the same exit I take for work and drove straight to HD Complete Auto. I had never used them before, but I always see them working every morning on my way to work. As soon as I pulled in and explained what was going on to Chris, they jumped into action. Nathan immediately had me back into a bay. He used a manual jack and lifted my truck up, got on the ground, and started cutting, peeling, and scraping the styrofoam off, including the parts that had melted onto the exhaust line. Nathan and Alex were already working on another car, but I can tell that they heard the urgency and worry in my voice and did not hesitate to help me. I truly cannot express how thankful I am for them. I know that they saved me tons of time and money versus going to the dealership! Their customer service is 10/10, and I will absolutely be bringing my vehicles back here and recommending this shop to others. Thank you guys so much for helping me!
