I had a good experience replacing my windshield. At 100 dlls for an used one, it was a fair purchase. I would give it 5 stars, but there was a small scratch after installation. Service was quick, and experienced. Would recommend to anyone. If you have to go to the bathroom, please go somewhere before you go since there toilet it is a portable.

Windshield to my car got broken I called around everywhere and Ruben gave me the best price from all the places I called he was very professional and friendly on the phone. I got to the shop on Heritage and the gentleman that helped me was really nice, they fixed my windshield in less than 1/2 an hour, I couldn't believe it I'm truly blessed to have found this place, thanks guys. Awesome job all the way around. Quoted me a incredibly fair price via email and honored it once I got there, no "oh that was last weeks special, today you must pay 1 million dollars more." Walked me through the fact it was after market and told me how long the install would take. Was done quicker than expected. Fast, efficient, honest and a job well done. I would know I do this for a business in a living and I do my research. Nobody can beat their prices. Good quality work fast efficient. 5th time coming here in the past few years, w/several different vehicles… always have had good experiences with their glass work. Jeep caught a rock, and left a small spider web on the windshield. Came here and they did the repair in less Than 1 hour. Prices are always better here. Location is off the old 905. Easy to get to. -Vincent

This place was recommended by a friends husband who works in the area. I had already called a few shops around and their prices were outrageous. I called here and was so surprised by the customer service I received. The phone rang 1 time and was answered right away. I asked for a quick quote and time frame of install. They were 60% cheaper than my first quote at another place and 40% cheaper than my second quote at another place. I asked if they were opened on Saturday which to my surprise they were. I was told to get there early as Saturday is their busy day. I went in today and got there at 8:20. The shop opens at 8:30 and there was someone already there and explained to me that they could take my car in. The techs got there at 8:40 and started working on the car right away. They were quick and respectful of my car. It took them about 45 minutes to finish and the windshield was so clean. I will definitely be back here in case I need another windshield.

I came to replace a car glass passenger window for $500 dollars, they left so much glass inside my door panel and had left glass under my passenger seat. The manager or owner told me it would come out over time, Next day had scratches on my window and a month later there was still so much glass in my door. I then came back a second time to complain and said he wouldn't replace my window, since he thinks someone scratch it on the outside. All of the glass on my car is not scratched only the one they replaced. Obviously, it's due to the glass they refused to clean the first day. They did end up cleaning all the glass when I came back as you can see in my photos, they had to remove the window regulator. The yellow stickers are on the floor since it's the first time they removed them. If they did that the first time, I wouldn't have scratches on my window and didn't have had to waste time coming back. Would definitely not recommend to anyone. UPDATE: Never thought I’d have to do an update, but the window they installed in my truck wasn’t the correct size so the window regulator broke. Now I need to replace the window and the regulator. I recently had an experience that highlighted both the friendly nature of the staff and some challenges with service efficiency. The team at the establishment is incredibly friendly and respectful, always making me feel welcome and valued as a customer. However, my experience has been marred by a significant delay in getting my window fixed. It has now been over two months since I initiated the process, and while I understand that sometimes things can go wrong, the window I was waiting for arrived damaged, presumably during shipping by UPS or FedEx. Since then, I have been patiently waiting for a replacement window and further service. While I appreciate the warm interactions with the staff, I hope to see improvements in the overall process and communication regarding timelines. I believe that with their friendly approach, they can enhance their professionalism to match. I remain hopeful that my window will be fixed soon!
