The service here is consistently outstanding, with expert technicians, courteous customer-care people, genuine parts, and a free shuttle to/from my work. Pricing is also super competitive, even compared with third party mechanics. Truly a fantastic experience every time. Highly recommended.

I bought a used car 2022 Mazda 3 here, and it was a great experience. I highly recommend my sales representative Jordan, he is very nice, helpful, thoughtful and patient. The whole process is smooth, no tricks like other dealers. The interest rate bank provided is also acceptable. The only thing is that when doing the paperwork, the guy in financial/paperwork department kept persuading us to purchase the total loss guarantee even after we declined, which was annoying.

Great experience buying at Volvo San Diego. I bought the car remotely and picked it up in person. Brian was great to work with throughout the process. They took a lot of extra photos and videos to best represent the condition of the car. The vehicle was as described and they were great about working with me on the logistics of picking up the vehicle and getting the paper work done. Vehicle pricing was very competitive and there were no surprises. I would definitely recommend and would consider buying from them again in the future, even being a flight away.

Dealing with the unexpected is never fun when it comes to your vehicle. At Volvo San Diego it’s pretty seamless. Great customer service, fantastic courtesy drivers and great techs. Big shout out for the vacuum as a final touch after my repair. Unexpected and amazing. The kids had distroyed the back so it wasn’t an easy task. Thanks, Chris! Even after being a little spicy because I was grumpy about how much of a repair (which my extended warranty covered - phew) that was needed I was treated with kindness and professionalism.
