Went to look at a car that was on line. The car was at another lot and the owner Bo, had that car transported to the Frederick location, however, he showed me and my daughter a car he had on the lot as is! I hooked my OBD reader up to the car , no issues. No previous codes removed! 55,000 miles Ford Taurus! They even pulled the car inside on the lift to let me look at the undercarriage! Car was in excellent condition! Highly recommend! Staff was nice and friendly! Good car buying experience!

I would walk before buying another vehicle from this lot. I went down on a weekday evening to pick up the truck I bought. It was storming and hard to get a real good visual on the vehicle(mistake #1) The salesman Katie told me on the phone that she would have the $995 on the vehicle price removed for being a veteran. That didn't happen(mistake#2). The truck runs great but it was never washed and smelled horrible like cigarettes. I was promised it would be detailed. (Mistake#3) I was promised a task of gas. Not even a quarter tank (mistake #4) Over the next week or 2 I found damage on the passenger side of the vehicle. There was damage to the passenger side lower quarter panel that I hadn't noticed. (My mistake) however I was told there wasn't any damage on the phone prior to buying. (My mistake) So I dealt with Mr. Craig Grove on the phone and I got him an estimate there was $800 for a repair he gave me at $250 check and had me sign a piece of paper which I did. Then I noticed that the 2 doors had been damaged and painted over poorly and that they painted over the seals on the door handles and that the running board had dents on the trim down the whole passenger side. It was obvious the vehicle was side swiped and cheaply repaired. The next estimate for repair was $1500.00. He told me he was going to check with the owner to see if they would compensate me. So I waited for almost two weeks and numerous emails and finally got a hold of Craig Grove and said the owner said $250 was enough. In my opinion they must have known about the damage on the passenger side because they replaced the running board motor at their shop. But they still gave me a carfax starting no known accidents. Be cautious if your buying from out of state. I blame myself for not walking out the front door after lie number 1. With the warranty I paid $40,000 and I think they should make it right!

I wanted to likea independent dealership because I enjoy supporting small businesses. Especially a place with low miles.Unfortunately the two cars ive bought from here needed immediate repairs once the warranty was over. Only 18 months in, ive had to replace al 4 tire sensors, spark plugs and valve covers. My alternator and battery went out . The leather seats had bubbles in them and now they are completely ripped, the bumper needs welded together as it keeps popping off one side.And even with great credit they said they couldn't pull it up online?? Either way I was overpriced for a dirty engine. This bites because I dont like leaving bad reviews but I never want to be stuck with my child jn the car ever again at night.

I am late sharing my review. I had a great experience with Hi-Low back in November. I didn’t feel like they were trying to rip me off or get over on me. I got a great deal of a car from them. Justice was the guy who assisted me and my dad with purchasing a car. He was so friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable!! The car that we purchased is clean inside and out, and it runs great!
