Same as what Kent Pham wrote, "The owner is mean and rude. I came in for State inspection, after he finished. I said "thank you", He didn't reply and walked away. I came in my car, he left my driver license, registration, insurance card and cash on the car floor." The only thing difference is that he said I was rude for not staying in the car and that I was ugly. It shouldn't take 20 minutes to get an inspection sticker. I thought he forgot about me. If I could rate with negative numbers, I would. I have to give a one star so I can post this. He probably needs to go to anger management class.

Went to get a flat tire changed. The owner is an Asian guy who was being extremely rude to the elderly lady in front of me. He then asked me what I wanted, said I needed to get a tire changed. He proceeds to argue with me about what the word "change" means when the guy can hardly speak English in the first place. The elderly lady chimes in and tells him that he's wrong, he gets pissed off and tells me to leave. Something needs to be done about this guy. Would give a negative review if possible.

For over 34 years this is the ONLY auto repair shop I trust. Their work is always top notch and I've never been disappointed ever. They give honest estimates and never try to rip you off. They do good, honest work and that's worth everything. Best mechanics anywhere!

Had him look at my 2021 jeep compass and he immediately knew what was wrong with it. He replaced both the batteries and didn’t charge me a fortune. He knows what he is going and he works very hard.

Mr. Tinh and his son really helped me out with a tire repair right before our planned beach trip. Picked up a nail in one of my tires and he was able to fix it very quickly and get me going. Great service. He and his son were professional and very friendly. Don’t be put off by the appearance of the shop. They know what they’re doing and get it done. Great experience.

I would NOT recommend any person to this business, I tried to do business TWICE with this company and the first time I went the Asian owner (not caring who I was) took out his cell phone and started showing me NUDE photos of Asians girls( I was very much insulted); the second Time I went on June 1, 2024, at 8:05am, the Asian Owner began to use profanity on me in public for no reason at all. Either this owner suffers from mental illness or just doesn’t like Black people. I will definitely report him to the Better Business Bureau and file a complaint with EOCC 🤬

Great service! Owner was friendly and kept me updated on my repairs. And the costs were considerably cheaper than what I'd estimated they'd be. Professional and easy to talk to. I'll definitely be going back to them for my car repair needs

I highly recommend no one uses this shop. I brought my 2010 Toyota Highlander to his shop to be diagnosed and he told me it was my starter and radiator that needed to be replaced. I spent over $1000 for him to supposedly fix and replace the things he said needed to be replaced and three days later my vehicle did the exact same thing it did before I brought it to him. I spent more money to bring it back so he could fix what he said was the issue. He tried to tell me something else happened that was causing my vehicle to overheat and try to charge me another $300 to fix that issue when I challenged him on his missed diagnosis he got angry and told me I needed to get my vehicle off his property. This mechanic does not know how to conduct business nor talk professionally to people. Use him at your own risk.

Went for inspection sticker. Incredibly rude owner. They will not be getting any of my business. I left immediately and found a much better place 5 minutes further down the road.

I’ve used this shop for years but after how I was treated ( yelled & language used) I will never go there again. I was cussed at & once I started crying he told me I don’t care about tears dry them up. Worst experience ever!

Just had inspection sticker done on my truck and if you have a problem with someone being straight forward and honest with you this place probably isn't for you, but I had a great experience with the owner and laughed harder than I have in a while. He even complimented my taste in music. Great hardworking folks with no nonsense. I'll definitely be back

Owner was incredibly rude and unprofessional. His pricing was $200 more than other shops. When questioned the pricing he told me he didn't want my business anymore. I was only asking to try and figure out why there was such a price difference. Would not recommend them. Taking my business elsewhere

The owner is rude. I went to get an inspection sticker, and he yelled at me to get all my paperwork out, even though I had it in my hand, I just needed to get my license out. Then yelled at me for asking if they took credit cards saying "One thing at a time." I didn't want to waste his time because I only had $20 cash, but alright, one thing at a time. Never going back. Wouldn't recommend.

You will either love or hate this guys personality. He does not put up with bad attitude and is a character. I find his humor and straight-forward talk refreshing. He has always been helpful with inspection’s on our company vehicles and made me laugh with his flair for life.

Went to get an inspection sticker and he cursed out my husband saying that he needed physical copies of the registration and stuff. We had everything he needed. Very unprofessional don’t even go here. And besides, it looks like a shack and it has a bunch of raggedy signs that he wants you to “read” You should never treat people like that for no reason when they are being kind and respectful to you. He’s going to do that to the wrong person on the wrong day.

I got cursed out for basically no reason while trying to get an inspection sticker. The man I talked to screamed and cursed at me completely unprovoked. I didn’t have my insurance and registration in my hands when I talked to the worker, and he cursed me out even though all I had to do was get the insurance and registration from my glove compartment. Probably the worst customer service I’ve ever had from anyone in my life. Cannot emphasize how rude and unprofessional this place is. Go anywhere but Highland Car Care, avoid it at all costs.

Our family vehicle had multiple misfires and the engine light was on. It was running very roughly (almost barely maintaining idle)! I replaced the spark plugs and coils myself to try to save money. After a while, the problem reoccurred. He said said that I should have used a better brand. I was skeptical, but bought the brand that he recommended. I paid for the installation/labor, so as to not wait until the weekend when I could replace them (and avoid further damage to the engine (problem seriousness: 2 of 3). Our 2009, 17-year old Nissan Quest engine runs excellently well ❤️🩹 now!🎄🎁🍤👋👍
