My Daughters 2019 GMC Terrain was long overdue for Transmission fluid change, she really wanted to take it to the Dealer, After I explained that Houseright & Sons was my go too shop whenever work was needed that I couldn"t handle here at the house. Called Scott and he got me and took care of all Tranny service, Also after a very good Inspection they found a Broken Motor Mount. My car had a new battery that kept dying and a bad sulphuric smell. They were able to diagnose it as a bad auxiliary battery that operates the stop go feature in the car. It had a bad cell and was leaking acid which caused the smell. The car is all fixed now and working well.

And what can I say, ....they went above and beyond in multiple areas of the overall service. Two other business locations diagnosed me wrong, and these guys got it right! I'll definitely be back. If i could give a Zero, I would! I had moved to Arizona Nov 2024. In December 2024 I brought my car to Houseright because I needed a new engine in my 2018 ford fusion hybrid because of an issue with ford that had an coolant leak into the engine which ford was not taking care of. This engine cost me around $8000. After a couple days getting my car back, the engine light came back on so brought the car back to them and they said that I needed a new radiator which I never had any issues with it prior to the new engine. They fixed it for free and they said it was because i just spent all this money for the engine, now I believe they damaged it while doing the engine. Being winter, we didn't use the ac until it started getting warmer out. My ac was blow like it should then started blowing hot air on and off. Brought it back to Houseright and they said that it was working and didn't do anything. This problem continued so I decided to have the cabin air filter changed by someone else thinking maybe this could be the problem which it wasn't. I brought it back to Houseright again and they still couldn't find the problem. So, i went back to the place where I had the filter changed and they told me wrong freon was put into my car which cost me over $400 for them to take it out and put the right one in, which is Houseright fault. I went back to them with this information and the denied it said its impossible to happen. That problem didn't help and I called Houseright and told them and they wanted me to bring it back to them to check on it. They said they couldn't find anything wrong and it was working but one of their people drove me home because the needed it for a couple days to go over things and the guy even said too it wasn't working and was told they didn't do anything. I got the car back and ac was working for 3 weeks and out again, idk what they did and how it worked for the short period of time. I just brought it back to them because the ac is out again. After having it for a couple days again, they wanted to refer me to another shop because they think its the compressor and they are not equipped to fix hybrids. I refused to deal with anyone they know and went back to the place again that did my cabin filter and the freon was completely dry and was in vacuum stage so they drained all my freon that i just paid for. Now I need a whole compressor kit and 5 hours of labor and is going to cost $3800. Everything is was told by this place and told Houseright the issues, they don't believe anything and twisted it all with nothing but lies and making me feel like me being a woman, idk anything. I will be getting in contact with an attorney. I recommend that you find a different place for your vehicle and seeing some of their other reviews on here, I would not trust the for anything. They need to take responsibility for what they did to me and others. Get more than one quote too and not settle for just one opinion.

I just have to say This is going to be a long post. I purchased a used car due to being hit by a red light runner some months back. I went to 32 dealerships to find a good car 2013 Nissan rogue 56k original miles. Great body. it did need some work. I had an extended warranty, but the motor mounts were out at the time that I purchased it. I was told at the dealership I bought it from That they replaced the bad one Apparently not kept getting worse. I called around to some dealerships. Places I have been in the past not gonna say who but I was quoted anywhere from four to $7000 for motor mounts! I did some Facebook and got a lot of scammers who wanted me to pay them upfront for the trip fee Lolol. That was a no!! I had been driving by Houseright Daily while taking my grandson to school in Casa grande I always like to use local if possible, so I called them up. I was greeted professionally and friendly on the phone and I like to do things in person so I went down there. Walk in the door there were customer there so awaited not long but while I was waiting, the young man on the phone was discussing with a customer her vehicle. She said she couldn’t drive it and the two discussed her together. They found out she was a local it changed for the better because she was a local they had a tow truck on site And said absolutely, they could get her car to them they could come and pick it up As I was standing there Listening, I thought how great a local company that takes care of its locals!! Right down my alley because I’m a local They worked very well as a team the mechanics would come in and they would discuss the work What needed done and how to get it done efficiently at the best cost to the customer These conversations occurred over a few times that I was in there. I decided to bring my car there. They were very accommodating. I brought my car. They drove me back After inspection, they came and got me so it was a series of me driving there Them driving me back instead of having to use my insurance that would’ve cost A few hundred dollars that I did not have they kept me informed every step of the way They ordered the new motor mounts, not used ones because I have an extended warranty That would not have covered used parts nor would they have considered Used parts as they are all professionals The dealership had sent them the wrong Part no fault of their own so it took a couple more days for the right part to come in They kept in contact with me let me know when the part came in and again I drove there, and one of their staff drove me Back they all were very professional they worked as a team, no monkey business No upsell, no dealership baloney And I will tell you that it was more affordable then I ever thought it would be I am sitting Roadside right now, and I wanted to mention a few names Scotty Hunter And Matt Really super guys professional, courteous, friendly, and down to earth neighborly My car purrs like a kitten no more loud noises. They did a great job and again at a reasonable cost. Would say half less than half of what repair dealerships quoted Just on inquiry over the phone If you’re a local Santan Valley, you gotta use these guys for your Car Repair. They are professional. They don’t cut corners. They don’t cheat you. They don’t upsell you. They are honest and they fix your car Any of you that know me know that if I don’t have anything good to say, I don’t say it at all but when I find something good I say as much as possible highly recommend this business if you need honest Car Repair and no BS. No upsell just your car FIXED. THE SALSA LADY HIGHLY RECOMMENDS.

The 1992 Jeep was brought in limping on it's last legs. I had belonged to my best friend (who passed away) and was gifted to his daughter. It would run poorly and then die after about 30 minutes and would not restart for some time. The braking was poor and the shifting seemed jerky. Houseright & Sons took it in, found and ordered all the necessary parts for the vehicle, and put it back in beautiful running and driving condition. My friend's daughter (my goddaughter) is extremely pleased and is amazed at how it runs and drives now. She said it is like a new vehicle and she has no worries about using it get any distance to work or other location. Thanks!!

I brought my truck to Houseright and Sons for an alignment on a Saturday. Although I did not have a scheduled appointment, I was told that if time allowed, they would fit it in. They were able to take the vehicle at the end of the day; however, the alignment was clearly rushed and not performed correctly. After the service, the truck pulled violently to the left and was difficult to control on the road. This created an unsafe driving condition. When I spoke with the service writer, I was told that additional parts — specifically a gearbox and camber bolts — needed to be replaced. On the next business day, I returned and expressed concern that the vehicle had been test driven and released in an unsafe condition. I was told they would correct the alignment if I replaced the camber bolts. I proceeded with replacing the bolts, which ultimately did not need replacement. Now that the bolts have been replaced, I am being told the vehicle will be addressed “when they have time,” effectively placing it on the back burner. This is unacceptable. The vehicle should never have been released in an unsafe condition. If the shop was unable to properly complete the alignment, it should not have been performed. Releasing a vehicle that pulls violently to one side poses a serious safety risk to both the driver and others on the road. I requested a refund so I could have the vehicle repaired properly elsewhere, but that request was refused without a reasonable resolution. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this business. Safety and professional accountability should be priorities, and in this situation, they were not.
