My wife ran out of gas right next door to this place today. Thought she was lucky having it happen there. She asked to buy some gas, borrow a gas can so she could get some gas or maybe get a ride to the gas station. The owner didn't have any gas, gas can or container and wouldn't help her a bit. Didn't even let her sit inside out of the 98 deg heat or offer her any water. I'd heard they are less than honest. Now he's less than remotely helpful. What a jerk.

Sorry to say I will not go back. Very expensive, and left my left front wheel loose. First time I hit the brakes over 40 mph whole front end shook. Owner seems like good man, but got better quality work for way better price elsewhere.

Anthony was great!!! My car was towed there, but then I discovered that the repair was covered under warranty. I called Anthony to let him know. He was sooo gracious; allowed me to leave my car there overnight until another tow could be arranged. He happily shared his space & allowed me to wait inside his office until the next tow came. THEN, he took the time/care to check with me to make sure everything was ok once the tow vehicle got there. I have told lots of folks to give him their business if they need car repair in the Florence area.

My husband has tried to get his propane tank filled here 2-3 times and every time we end up leaving and going elsewhere. We also asked them to put our spare tire on for us because we had a flat. Took two days and was overpriced. Not professional. We won’t go back. I do not recommend.

From the moment I walked in his office, the owner was completely unprofessional and disrespectful. No greeting. No eye contact. I went out of my way to seek his services and when I filled out a contract with personal information, including SSN, I noticed the quoted price differed on the contract. He insisted I sign it and we’d “figure it out later”. I tried to explain that I was quoted a different price and he instantly turned hostile and shut me down. He would not hear my explanation and shut me down. He used his size and demeanor to intimidate me. I asked for the contract back and he refused. He demanded I had one minute to leave his premises. All I did was question the contract and explain I was quoted differently. This guy has zero customer service skills and his behavior was hostile and out of line. If you have a choice, do not trust this person to provide you any type of quality service. The fact that he insisted I sign a contract binding me to incorrect pricing is deceitful and manipulative. I have never written a review in my life, but I felt compelled after this encounter because he acted threatening towards me. From the other reviews I have read, this guy has a real attitude problem. Zero stars for this owner. Beware!!!

Took my car in for a diagnostic in December for front suspension noise and was charged $55. Told the mechanic that was on-site that I thought it was the shocks, pulled my car in for MAYBE five minutes and came back and told me multiple things were wrong with my vehicle (photo included) including front and rear suspension and the owner quoted me nearly $1,000 to fix it. I took it in for a full inspection for a second opinion to Garrett Motors and told them what I was told previously; after a couple of hours I got a call saying they don't know where they got all that info and the only thing was that my sway bar was loose and they tightened and no more noise. They said other than that my car was in great condition. Please get a second opinion if you take your vehicle here. I'm a single mom and I would've shelled out $1,000 I didn't have or pulled a loan I didn't need. Five min for $55 was the the first red flag, second was the mechanic that looked at it literally wrote down what I told him I thought was wrong and a couple other things I didn't need, he also seemed uncomfortable when I was speaking with him.

If you drive a diesel vehicle do not take it to Anthony's!!!. Trial and error repairs , not actually finding out what the problem is and properly repairing it. Where can I return a nickel and dime ya.

My husband and I had a problem with our Porsche on a Friday night at 4:45 pm. Anthony and his mechanic, Michael, assessed the problem (we had lost all the coolant after driving over a curb). We could not drive the car, yet these two gentlemen figured out what needed to be done and started work on the car. By 7 pm Anthony determined that they could not finish the repair and replace the coolant that evening. Also he felt it would be unsafe for us to drive the 40 miles to our home at night. So Anthony arranged a room for us at the Green Tree Inn that he took us to. The next morning he informed us he had pressured checked the system the previous night and was adding the coolant (which is not just pouring it in), then testing to be sure all was sealed and operational. At that point he came back to pick us up. His price was more than fair, his customer service was outstanding as well as his knowledge as a mechanic. We could not have been more pleased with the service we received. We drove home and later that night we received a phone call from Anthony checking to be sure we got home safely and all was good with the car. Finding an auto repair shop that is honest, capable, and sympathetic to customer's situations, is sometimes a challenge. Fortunately, Anthony and Michael, make it much less so and when they stay in constant contact, it really does make for a great business relationship. I took my Jeep Grand Cherokee here with a completely destroyed driveshaft and in a matter of two days, it was fixed and running smoothly. Excellent customer service, prompt phone call returns, and a genuine regard for helping people out in bad situations make Anthony's Auto Repair shop in Florence, Arizona one of the best I have been to! Highly recommended.
