He even had my AC working again which hasnt run in over year. Billy is Highly professional and explained everything in detail that was wrong with my car and what my options to fix it would be . I have a 2004 Yukon XL I was told by two different mechanics what was wrong with my Yukon because it was not steering correctly and hard to turn. Steering wheel was wobbling and hard to drive also seemed unsafe. I wasn’t sure that the mechanics were being honest with me so I found Billy. He told me all it was was the tires after he spent time and drove it and looked at it. I went and got the tires replaced and sure enough Billy was correct. That’s all it was. It drove perfect after that. The other repairs the other mechanics said I needed would’ve cost several hundred dollars more than just the tires around $700 to be exact that’s a big difference. Billy did not charge me anything for his time and advice! It’s hard to find an honest, good mechanic like Billy. I will be using him from now on for all my mechanical needs. Thank you so much, Billy!!

I am so happy with the work done on my 2010 Toyota corolla! I took my car into the Toyota dealership for an oil change and they said I needed several critical things done. It was going to cost about $5000. I wanted to look around for something cheaper. I chose this place based off the reviews and I am so glad I did. Billy looked over my whole car and found that one of the major things the dealership said I needed (timing cover leak) didn't really need it. He found a couple other things that it needed that the dealership didn't mention. And he even gave me a few extras at no charge: hose, belt, and even an engine power wash. It looks like a brand new engine! It runs like a champ! No noises and smooth ride (new cv boots and suspension struts)!! I absolutely recommend this place! I will always go here now! I also love how he showed me all the old parts when I picked up my car. He kept me updated thru text every step of the way! So, communication is top notch. Trust me people, you will not be disappointed here. He beat the dealership's price by a long shot, too. Thank you, Billy!!!

GIVE THIS SHOP A TRY - you won’t regret it! I have found my go to mechanic! Billy is a very knowledgeable, honest, caring individual! He took the time to find the root of the current issue, found past errors in maintenance and explained potential future issues that should be addressed . I recently moved to San Tan from Mesa and in was need of a local mechanic. A quick google search I found found some good options. San Tan Auto Repair Shop hands down had the most glowing reviews of them all. It can be very frustrating tryng to find an honest mechanic in a new place. But the reviews were all true. Billy gave great service to both the vehicles that I have brought to him so far. Great communication like the other reviewers said also. I have had both my vehicles there for a total of 3 visits, and each interaction was pleasant. The diagnosis were completed and communicated to me well. He fixed the problems my vehicles had at very fair and reasonable price. I drove away each time feeling good about finding a dependable, fair and honest mechanic. And good enough about it that I write this review now so that you can find him too!

He went above and beyond—documenting everything with photos, clearly explaining what he found, and focusing on safety and reliability.
