Everyone was GREAT! from the moment I entered until I left. Place was clean and the information given was precise. One issue I had was that the TV was on as well as the music and it was distracting to concentrate on reading or other items while I waited.

Terrible service. didn't wash my car. Had old change and its 2 quarts low.and after 3 week from getting injector cleaning on a 2021 low millage esv my car died in my driveway do to a fuel issue with the injectors,.. Now stuck for a whole weekend!!!!

Greeted by the front desk assistant. Friendly and helped us right away by finding a saleman, regardless of how busy they were and as we were a walk in. Stopped in to see if they had the new Cadillac. Unfortunately due to our circumstances with production, the one I was looking for just isn't coming out yet. Matt was so nice and still showed us the extended version of what I wanted. Along with showing me the GMC Yukon as I discussed as an alternative. He definitely did everything to help and accommodate us. His time was very appreciated even though we didn't see what we wanted. Great customer service thanks again!

I have been coming to this dealership since I bought my car 6 years ago for all service. Generally, Ingersoll has been pretty good with communication and service repairs. However, when looking to fix why my window wasn't fully closing at times,they charged me a $100+ diagnostic fee even though I did go through with the $400+ repair. I understand labor is involved here, but this didn't seem needed and is not something the mechanic my family uses would charge. I will not be going to Ingersoll for any future service, and I will certainly not be buying my next car from them (which I just mentioned to the service guys that I was planning to do while dropping my car off). Its unfortunate a single incident changed my perspective so much on the dealership, but there are too many other options out there to have loyalty to a single place when they aren't loyal to the customer.

Being a loyal GM & GMC customer, I went to look for a new vehicle. I was amazed at the selection & professionalism at the dealership. The drive is about 45 minutes for me, but years of not finding a good selection or service I decided on purchasing here. The price was great, and service department is top notch. Great detailed communication, and follow up. They really went above and beyond for me when I had an issue(which they fixed) quickly as I needed my vehicle back quickly. Although it is far, it is worth the drive there for service too.

I took my car there to have a service last weekend, they took care of all my needs and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. There were some scratches on my car and they offered to have their detail shop take care of everything for me. I made another appointment to have it done, and they did a fantastic job getting it doing so. Josh was super helpful and communicative throughout the process. Fantastic customer service all around.

Be aware everyone from this dealer I purchased my car along with a car service insurance plan that was clearly explained to me as being usable at any Cadillac dealer nationwide. Based on that understanding, I brought my car to Danbury Cadillac for service. However, I was told that they would not accept this insurance, which directly contradicts what was promised at the time of purchase. This was very disappointing and confusing. When I visited the dealership today, I was asked to sign paperwork without any explanation of what I was signing. Only after I asked questions did they tell me that they would not use my insurance and that I would need to pay out of pocket instead. The lack of transparency and poor communication made this a frustrating experience. Customers should be clearly informed about insurance acceptance and paperwork before being asked to sign anything. I expected better professionalism from a Cadillac dealership.

Dean not only answered my call on his day off, but he also called the office and made sure I got what I needed in order for me to pick up my new car. Despite having spent considerable time working through the Lyriq details, Alex was incredibly understanding and had no hesitation in exploring the new option with me. He was transparent and kind throughout the process—explaining all the calculations, walking me through GM employee rebates, and ensuring I was comfortable with the final numbers. The car needed to be shipped from Detroit, and Alex went the extra mile to secure a fair shipping rate. Our interaction spanned almost two months, and his professionalism and dedication were outstanding. On the day of the purchase, I was assisted by Lisa P., who was equally amazing. She spent nearly three hours with me reviewing paperwork, ensuring the registration and plates were in place before I drove off the lot. Lisa also walked me through all the features of the car in great detail and helped me set up OnStar. It truly felt like luxury service to match a luxury car.
