Awesome service Larry went 100 miles out of way to help me out. He was so generous with the price. He charged me $600 for the fix for which the other driver paid $1800 to someone else. He is a nicest mechanic you will ever meet!!!! Call him a 💯

I called for the mobile service and spoke with Larry, a mechanic for this company. He told me he had been out all day on mobile service and he needed some rest before coming to my company. We agreed on 2:00. I understood the way he was feeling being a mobile mechanic 7 years ago. I called him around 3:30 to get only his voice mail. I left a message for him to call me back, and he never did. I do understand his situation, but I also know I owe the customer an apology for not calling or showing up. I wish this company the best. Maybe things will get better. I know I was killing myself trying to do it all. But people respect you for your honesty and with the name INTEGRITY MOBILE. That is what the customer expects.

Got Larry and Al to come out for a starter replacement. While on the phone he already knew my part number in his head. He came out when he said he would arrive. The work was done very professionally. He even customized my battery box to better fit my inverter cables. His prices are way under market. He deserves every 5 star rating he received. Larry showed up earlier then mentioned which was great.i sent a pic of a air leak i had he diagnosed from pic had part on hand which was a abs relay valve. Had replaced in under 30 minutes excellent pricing on repair almost 1500.00 less then another mobile place I called . And this was on a Sunday night !!! Highly recommended if I ever have issues in these neck of woods I will be contacting Larry for any repairs needed . He's a one man operation and values his word and customers!

I am usually not posting bad reviews but this guy is out of line, I tried everything I warned him and still nothing. He did a radiator on my truck invoice was almost 2000$, before he did the work I told him that I will buy a radiator from Volvo so I can have receipt and warranty on that part because as you guys it is expensive part, but he convince me that he will buy a part from someone he is always buying and that I will also have warranty on that part for one year and get receipt, the price was almost same like one I had to buy in Volvo but I said okay didn’t want to bother him if easier for him to grab that part his way and just get it done, didn’t know he will lie to me later on, so he finish everything send me invoice and when I ask him for receipt of part he told me just to pay and he will send me when he get home, and I paid him right away. 2 weeks later he respond to me two times saying he will send he is busy and some stories like that, and now last week he doesn’t want to answer on the phone not want to reply on my messages, so that tells me that he probably had some used part in his storage and it was a good chance to give me a story just so he can put his used part on my truck get money for it and doesn’t even have any receipt. Radiator is leaking again and I can’t reach him either I can get another part through warranty and I am stuck spending somewhere else same amount of money, be careful here I will post photos of screenshots him not wanting to answer and I called him 50 times last 7 days and no response

Not many road services so honest and skilled like this guy. Imagine after our semi truck just died on the interstate somebody pulled us into a bisness parking lot. I have to mention that it is an international truck with A26 engine. This guy showed up and changed the fuel rail together with the fuel lines thats a big job already, but unfortunately it wasn't the only problem so he diagnosed that our EGR valve is stuck open and basically our engine is choking in its own smoke. Again thats a bold diagnostic and any customer would get angry especially those who don't understand any mechanics in this trucks. Again he did replace the EGR Valve another pretty big job for the mobile service and here's the results the truck runs GREAT. #HONEST# SKILLFUL Thank you sir! The name of your company really represents you!
