I bought a brand new Mitsubishi Outlander and the parking brake would not turn off. I called the dealership and they told me it would take 2 weeks!! They also said that I would have to tow it at my expense and pay $165 just for them to look at it which is crazy!! I went to JP Auto Care and the gentleman at the front counter had one of his guys come right out to our vehicle and fixed the problem within 10 minutes!! I highly recommend them!!

John has certainly raised the bar when it comes to customer service, experience, and a job well done. Had my car for 2 weeks trying to replicate the problem, which never happened...Cost $0.00. Finally, the car quit and had it towed to the shop, was repaired in a day and now runs better than when it was new. I really appreciate the time and effort that was taken to determine the problem. Nicest mechanic shop here in Cape Coral! It appears that the owner is even there …he’s a true car guy. He’s very well-versed in old muscle cars as he says he has some, antiques… and then with brand new cars as well. He even had his guys plug my tire, which had a screw or nail in it for free! When I need service, I’m always going to remember JP auto care right at the corner of the Viscaya and Country Club! Oh, and they’re super nice there too, as well as completely honest.

We just moved to town and went to JP’s based on the recommendations we read on Nextdoor. They did exactly what we asked and didn’t try to upsell us on doing things that weren’t urgent. The prices were very fair and they went out of their way to get a last minute part quickly for us. The final price matched the upfront estimate even though there was some additional work that had to be done. The owner is hands on, has pride in his business and explained the problem to me with real parts. Highly recommend.

I don’t write a lot of reviews but this place definitely deserves one. Key take aways: there is no upselling here, they do great work, communicate well, the repairs were done in an appropriate time frame, and they are always friendly and professional. They called me SEVERAL times to let me know what they found and what my options were. Half the time they were telling me I didn’t need to replace this or that part yet. I gave them a laundry list of things I was concerned about. Parts I figured probably needed maintenance or replacing on my 2012 Wrangler. I was worried they would try to upsell me on all the items on my list and add in a bunch of extras but they did the opposite. They looked at the parts I was concerned about and told me what was good and what wasn’t. Genuine honesty. My Wrangler hasn’t drove this well in years. They have 100% earned my trust and future business.

Had a horrible rattle in the steering column…They said they had a strong suspicion about what was causing it and gave me an estimate to repair. No guarantees that it would solve the problem (as you never know what’s broken until it’s taken apart), but they were fairly confident.They were SPOT ON, reasonably priced and I got my car back the same day. For the ladies out there...JP Auto is blunt and honest, they dont try to get you to buy things you dont need, like filters that dont need a change, (just an example) unlike the chain places, while still being very thorough! Next time you're in need, do your self a favor, call JP Auto.
