Carl is amazing!! Awesome customer service. Quick, smooth process. Will definitely come back in the future if needed. Best car buying experience ever hands down. ETA they have a lady working in the office by the name of stephanie that is extremely rude and unprofessional on the phone. I've had to call them multiple times for a copy of receipt for payment and she is absolutely rude with a nasty attitude when I call.That in itself has made me lower my rating because she has been this way on the phone with me multiple times. Please hire somebody who knows about customer service and is grateful to be working for you. She makes it seem like she has the worst job in the world with her attitude. Very unprofessional and sad.
