They were very friendly and helpful! I had an unknown issue with my vehicle and they were able to fit me in same day, without an appointment. They were able to tell me what the issue was, and repair it within a couple hours. They also found a nail in my tire and patched it. The mechanics made sure to explain what the issue was and they were doing to fix it for me. Very good service!

I had my 1999 Hyundai sonata brought in to have my crank shaft put on he charged me almost $900 only to get my car back and as soon as I drove it I felt the difference in it it was worst then before not only that I just put a alternator and alternator belt on right before I took it to him tried to tell me I needed new parts I declined it knowing I just put it on I got half way home the belt popped off the alternator went out and I had to get a new battery I called and told him what happened he told me he did everything right my car been sitting ever since they don’t return calls to even offer a solution I’m thinking about suing them I talked to my lawyer already if I don’t hear anything anytime soon they will be served. On top of that they tried to sell cars that has been in accident for $4000 to $5000 and when you look at them some still have problems would never recommend them to anyone

Jaffe’s Automotive went above and beyond to ensure I had a new tire.. but most of all that I was safe. I had a leaking tire that I was attempting to get repaired at another location however they advised me that the tire was nearly inoperable and I wouldn’t make it to my intended location. I felt they were prioritizing my safety above a sale. They said that they would get the proper tire for me from another location and put it on. Upon further inspection they were right, and saved me from further damage or a possible accident.

Very friendly business. I stopped by about an hour before close with engine overheating issues, and they were able to fit me in with no wait. I was constantly updated about my vehicle throughout the visit, and was told when the issue was found and given the solutions. I was updated when a part was needed, when the part arrived, and given a thorough review of everything that was done all within an hour. They even gave me a list of future items that will need to be taken care of with prices included and an explanation as to why/when the service will be needed. The cost of service was also a plus, considering the issue. I will definitely be back!

After spending $1,800 in good faith, believing I had found a mechanic capable of servicing all six of my vehicles, I was disappointed to discover the poor level of customer service. Here’s what transpired: I had $1,800 worth of work done on my vehicle, and when I picked it up, I noticed a whistling noise that wasn’t there before. When I inquired with the front desk lady—who had an attitude from the start—she quickly became defensive. They later found that the new power steering pump they installed was defective, but instead of an apology, all I received was a statement that they would need to warranty and replace it. Today, when I returned to pick up my vehicle, I noticed a rattling noise that both mechanics attributed to fluid on the belt, which was caused by their work. When I mentioned this to the same front desk lady, she insisted the noise had always been present, completely unaware that the mechanics had already explained the situation to me—one even mentioned he knew it would be an issue. Since it wasn’t my fault, I suggested I would buy the belt myself and asked if they could install it for free since they caused the fluid issue. Unsurprisingly, her rude response was that they wouldn’t do anything for free, and she hurried off to find someone to address my concerns. When she returned, she stated that they would install the belt for free but would no longer work on my truck. At that moment, I decided to take my business elsewhere. I don’t even need them to replace the belt for free; their attitude and lack of customer service were unacceptable. It’s important to note that I had previously had them replace a valve cover on my Nissan and was completely satisfied. Today, before this issue had occurred, I inquired about repairs for my Ford Expedition. This place will never get my business again, and she really needs to work on her attitude—understanding that repeat customers and positive word-of-mouth are vital for success.

Great local shop that works with you to get the job done. They are priced well and also assisted with towing my car when the engine coils went out. Great owners and customer service. The only reason I can't give them 5 stars is because I would not recommend them for Volvos (which is what I drive). When they replaced my engine coils and plugs, they did not keep the area clear from debris, causing me to have to get belts and such replaced much sooner than I should have from another shop due to damage. Euro cars are finicky, so I don't fault them for it, but it's better to find a European/foreign car friendly shop if that's the kind of car you have.
