Will never go back. Second bad experience at BMW when my car was serviced at two different locations. Would not recommend to anyone. Overpriced for low quality work

I recently bought a used 2013 Bmw, had a battery and air leak issue. Went in and saw Jamil to get everything looked at and fixed, he was very professional as well as making sure everything could be done based on my time constraint. After finding the issue Jamil came out to show me exactly what was wrong (never had a service tech at other dealerships do this before) I was not expecting this but was pleased to know what I was paying for instead of just seeing the bill and trusting the issues were there. Would recommend going in to see Jamil for any Bmw issues, he’ll take care of you without any hassle

After waiting nearly 9 hours for a repair that I was quoted 4 hours when I dropped off at 8am, I was hit with a surprise $150 diagnostic fee at pickup. When I told Tyrone that this fee wasn't communicated to me in the morning or I wouldn't have had them quote me on the other work, his response was to ask if I was "questioning his integrity". He continued to escalate the situation and ask me inappropriate questions in response to my clear statement that this fee was never communicated to me. "What do you do for a living? How much do you charge?" How is that any of your business or have anything to do with this? Then he asked if I wanted his tech to not get paid. I said of course not, I just don't want to pay this surprise fee I never agreed to. I asked him to meet me halfway and at least discount it 50% but he refused that too. It was now past 6pm and I was frustrated, angry and just wanted to leave, so I paid. This was the single worst customer experience of my life. I will never bring my car here again and recommend the same to anyone else reading this.

Tried to rip me off with a $5,000+ repair when another BMW dealership just did a reset to fix the problem and charged 1 hour of labor. Service department rarely answers the phone and doesn’t return calls.

I got a 2025 BMW X7. Did all the negotiation via email and text. When I arrived, car had a scuff that was removed. We had to schedule an appointment to finish fixing it. Also, before leaving, I noticed that the windshield had a chip. It’s been weeks since this happened. Managers have been involved in a lengthy back and forth. Nothing has been done. When I was signing, I asked to put this on the YOU OWE WE OWE SHEET. However, I was assured by the sales person, in front of the gentleman who was signing documents that this would be attended to. Later, brought the car in to fill the chip. The chip was filled but extremely noticeable. I was told they could do nothing for me. Sadly, I made the mistake of trusting their word. Aside of that, it was good. Haha you decide if this is the place to visit. Sad. I now have a 2025 X7 that requires me to spend $2k to fix its window. But yeah, I am acknowledging my mistake. I should have never left without having this in writing. I know this is a used car. It can’t be perfect. But I am against the way this was handled. Had this been properly explained, then I have a choice to make. But I was lead to believe this was going to be taken care of. Michael and Aaron- make sure this isn’t done to other people. Sales lady, Day- I wish you could have told me this is how business is handled.
