I have a 2009 Hyundai Sonata. For a long time, my car had problems with the front , and I showed my car to several shops for repair, but none of them confidently said that everything was perfect without driving my car, and they said that we did not find any problems. I recently had my car serviced at a well-known chain shop, where I was informed of potential transmission issues. However, I wasn't convinced that was the problem. I decided to get a second opinion and took my car to this auto shop, where Jay immediately diagnosed the issue as a wheel bearing problem. He even suggested I return to the original mechanics to see if they could resolve it. Despite this, the chain shop continued to insist it was a transmission issue and kept my car for an additional week. Frustrated, I brought my car back to Jay on a Monday, and by Wednesday, it was fixed—it took a day for the parts to arrived in this situation. What took the other shop three weeks to address, Jay managed to resolve in just a few days. He took the time to show me the problem, and his kindness and generosity stood out. I highly recommend this auto shop for its genuine customer service and exceptional expertise. You won't find this level of care and experience anywhere else. I would give them a 20/10 rating every time. If you need help with your vehicle I recommend trying this Auto Service.
