I had such a positive experience with the team at Jensen Tire. After a really terrible experience across Center at a different place trying to deal with an unexpected flat tire, I was a bit distraught. The GM Andrew was wonderful and got my car back in great shape, was fair and communicative about pricing, and did some extra tests to make sure my car was in good shape and didn’t have other issues. I don’t know much about cars so I can be easy to take advantage of (that’s what happened at the other place) but Andrew and his team were so kind and helpful talking through my options. I left feeling like they just wanted to make sure I got the work done to be able to drive safely. I’m so grateful for the great work and customer service!

I had an oil leak, blower for the heater, AC fixed, and a tail light bulb replaced. The man I spoke with an what needed fixed and the cost was up front about the cost, and called to explain another issue and that the cost was a little more than initial estimate but did explain why the part was needed. I had no issues with their service and felt they were up front even though it did cost more…sometimes that’s the way it goes with repairs. I have used Jensen Tire for years and will continue to use them.

I am very impressed with Jensen Tire Auto. One of my tire sensors has not worked when it was very cold. Jensen noticed that 2 of the tire sensors had weak batteries. I thought I would have to go to the dealer. They were very professional and helpful. I will definitely return

Great customer service & experience. Needed to just put the spare on my truck. The rim had smaller than normal lug nut holes. The boys got it changed out and didn’t charge me. It was the best outcome of an extremely frustrating task. I was totally caught off guard they didn’t charge me. It absolutely made my day. Thanks boys!

I've always had a great experience with Jensen, but this location specifically has always gone above and beyond with their service!! I've had a really crappy car for the past couple years and whenever I needed a fix (which was always a lot) they always fixed it in a timely cost effective way without being sloppy and never undermining safety. They are super friendly and willing to go above and beyond to help out! 10/10 would recommend them!!

I had a wonderful experience at Jensen Tire on 84th and Center. Drew replaced the batteries on my tire sensors, got my car in and out in about an hour! Everyone was kind and friendly and very helpful. The repair was very more than reasonably priced, I would highly recommend this shop!
