I came to Jensen Tire for an oil change, a headlight replacement and some other minor services. The drop-off was quick and easy with the services performed in a very timely manner. Their new interactive software identifying the services performed and other recommendations was texted to my cell phone where I had the opportunity to decline or accept the suggested additional potentially problematic services. I did accept one and declined others for the time-being. I next received a text indicating that my car was ready for pickup. All in all it was a very smooth encounter.

Honestly really appreciate everyone here. I had taken my car to another shop who wanted an exorbent amount for brakes they said needed done while I was getting my oil changed. Took it here after I called them and they quoted me a much more reasonable price and they did a free inspection. Turns out I didn't end up needing brakes for a while after all. First shop I've been to in a long time that isn't trying to take advantage of people for money and I really appreciate it. I will be back when it's time to get my brakes replaced

I brought my car to Jensen on Wednesday to have a tire checked. They told me my rim was cracked, which was true, and I had a brand-new wheel in the trunk for them to install. During mounting, they scratched the new rim with their machine and dented the face — something I didn’t notice until the next day when I returned to install the passenger side rim. On that second visit, they ripped the bead of the tire while mounting it. They sent me off with a leaking tire without telling me, so I unknowingly drove on 5 psi — which can permanently damage brand-new wheels. When I returned to let them know the tire was still leaking, they admitted the bead was torn and had “sealed it,” but the leak continued throughout the weekend. I came back Monday and was told they would replace the tire “this time only,” even though the damage was caused by them, not me. They also claimed they’re not responsible for any damage caused during mounting — a policy they never had me sign, only stated verbally. Because my car is xDrive, all four tires should be matched in tread depth. Instead, they only replaced the one tire they ripped, leaving me with an uneven setup that can harm the drivetrain. The service advisors were polite, but the quality of the work was unacceptable. Scratched rims, a ripped tire bead, multiple leaks, and mismatched tires are not what you expect from a professional shop.
