My car was taken there to get a simple evaluation. While it was there My valuables were stolen, things I didn’t think would get stolen got stolen from the employees. Be cautious taking your car there especially if you have valuables or even random things you wouldn’t consider to be stolen.

I needed help to re-insert the mirror into the driver side rear view mirror bracket and to replace a burnt out rear turn signal bulb. Hubby having health issues, so unable to assist. I was in unexpected hit by another vehicle that backing off with extreme force. So after the day I was starting to look for few body shop for the repair. I found several body shop in my area and after reviewing the reviews I decided on Jerry Graham Auto Body to repair my vehicle. I am pleased with the work that they have done to my vehicle and also they had to call my insurance for the verification of the policy which are very helpful to me. After getting in an accident on my way back from La Jolla, I needed to get an estimate of repairs. The first shop I went to, which was recommended by my insurance company, was incredibly rude. I was steered towards Jerry Graham Auto Body as it was one of the State Farm approved vendors. The initial quote was $2000. Once they took the car apart, it was over $5000. My beloved car was then “totaled.” I asked for my car back at which time I was told I better get a trailer or pay them $685 to put it back together. I was ready to pay to avoid a salvage title. Fortunately, after a day of going back and forth between the garage and the insurance company, State Farm deemed my car repairable. I am still traumatized and definitely feel like I fell for insurance steering and the “bait and switch” scam (look it up). While the car is back and looks great, in the future, I will only take my car to an independent auto body shop that I trust.

Over the years, Jerry always did me right and always did a hell of a paint job or repair. Jerry built a a great business and reputation, bar none. Damaged Vehicle and Poor Service. I brought my 2024 BMW M2 to Jerry Graham on August 18th for a front bumper replacement. The car was initially scheduled to be ready by September 5th. Without any communication from the shop, I called and was told the new pickup date was September 9th. On the 9th, the car still wasn't ready. When I called again on the 10th, they claimed they had an appointment to calibrate the car at BMW of Monterey. A quick call to the dealership confirmed no such appointment existed. After I confronted Jerry Graham with this information, they immediately took the car to BMW. Upon picking up the car, I discovered a long list of new issues and damage: * The new front bumper is a different shade than the rest of the car and does not close properly. * There is overspray on the side mirrors and all over the new bumper. * The rubber gasket is not aligned correctly. * The driver-side door is scratched, and the entire car's ceramic coating has been removed. * The paint near the grills is abrasive to the touch. In addition to the physical damage, the shop unplugged my dashcam and drove the car, achieving a dismal 6.8 MPG, which was recorded by my car's system. I would speculate the car was driven very aggressively to achieve this gas milage since its a performance m car. My car was also driven to an area near the Monterey airport. Overall, I am extremely disappointed with the lack of communication, the dishonesty regarding the repair process, and the extensive damage my car sustained while in their care. Your manager at your other store location has been incredibly unhelpful and unfriendly. Gave me no way of resolving any of the issues other than going to a new bodyshop. I dont want to leave a one star review but I'm going to leave it up unless someone from your team can help fix what went wrong
