Horrible experience! Just because I was a female they refused to give me the oil change I asked for and said they would only do the most expensive one. Trying to scam me. I have a 2018 jeep compass, I don’t need that oil and this harassed me and refused service. Checked my Jeep manual and said it was fine. Highly suggest avoiding this place and go down the street to the other 4 auto shops that actually do their job unlike jiffy lube. I have been a member there for 5+ years and this is how they treat people. If I could give them negative stars I would.

I showed up at 7:45 am to wait u til store was open. Joel was very rude and treated me like I wasn’t welcome this was before the location was even open. After 8 am he asked me to come inside I had to give him information and chose what I wanted. I asked if I could stay in my car and felt scolded for asking such a question. After much convincing from Joel I went inside and was made to feel like I was an inconvenient. Explanation of services offered was the worst I have ever been given. At this point I asked for the gentlemen’s name and left looking for somewhere else to do business with.

Jiffy Lube on Old Forest road was amazing!! I couldn’t say enough great things about a gentleman by the name of Jamie Wyatt. He was so personable and let me watch everything he was doing. He even explained the mechanics behind a lot of the work he was doing. This man needs a raise and a pat on the back. Great work. He gained me as a customer for life.

I went to the Old Forest Rd location. I was there for about 5 hours. I paid a lot of money also. They told me I needed a new plug when it was time for me to pay. I drove my car for almost 2 months after and had the biggest leak. I took my car to my regular people and I had a crack in my oil pan right at the plug. I contacted the manager who told me to contact the general manager. Well I never got a call back or an email back. I would not take my vehicle here.
