This is my first time with Jiffy lube and I already experienced a great deal of customer service! Few days ago my wife went to Ford windward for an oil change my wife called me and said we will be charge a total of 700 which is sooo ridiculous. So I have to tell my wife to cancel it and we will bring it somewhere else. Ofcourse ford will not let us go without jacking us up so they said they already started changing the filter putting some coolant and charge me almost 300 only for that!!!! Iam so upset! But thank God I went to jiffy lubr near my house and Ryanna took care of me right away and explained to me what I only need to pay. Ryanna and kasey has listened to my sentiments and they were there ro explain to me how things should work made me understand and educate me abt changing oil. They were just awesome!!! My bill was already cheap but they still chose to give me a discount. And a free top off anytime i want! Wow! Defintely coming back!!! They are also pet friendly 🥰🥰🥰

Found out that my engine oil drain plug was over-torqued and the filter was the worst quality the jiffy lube could possibly buy. I am never coming back here, not even if the service was offered for free, because I don't trust it anymore.

Had gone to a different jiffy lube (avoid the one off king st.) and had a bad experience. Called Kasey the manager of the one on punchbowl, and she took care of me like her own family! She was so attentive to make sure I felt informed and aware of what was going on with my vehicle and assured me & showed me each service. Was really grateful for how much she cared about making sure I trusted them & she just went above and beyond in not just service but hospitality. I’m giving one star because I came in a few weeks ago just for an oil change. When I arrived, everything in my car was working perfectly. Immediately after they finished, my air conditioning had completely stopped working. I called them right away and they told me to come back so they could check it. After looking at it, they said it was just a coincidence and bad luck that it broke while they were working on my car, and that they weren’t responsible. Since then, I’ve tried buying parts and fixing it myself with no success, and now I may have to spend around $1,000 to repair it. I don’t find Jiffy Lube trustworthy, and the convenience of a quick oil change is not worth the risk of something breaking right after service.

I have not gone to a jiffy lube in years but I was in need of a quick oil change for a car I’m selling. The wrench light was on but the oil was full and it was clean but figured I would get it done for the next buyer. The staff person Ryanna comes to me and says we can change the oil if you want but it doesn’t need it. Amazing and refreshing to have honest people working out there taking care of the customers the right way. They checked my fluids and air in tires for free. Incredible. Thank you 🙏 so much

I came here for an oil change, but I was able to leave with a much needed tire rotation, safety inspection, and air filter replacement. Thanks to them, I was able to renew my registration after letting it lapse for a year and a half. I’m so grateful for the work Ryanna and her team did when I all expected was an oil change. I plan on going to this Jiffy Lube forever now!

Don’t go to this Jiffy Lube, go to the one on Beratania instead. I brought my car in for an oil change. The moment I pull it off the lot my brake line goes out. I had to maneuver it into a spot with no brake. It turns out my drivers side brake was broken. My car never had any brake issues. I ran it back over to them and they said it was a coincidence and refused to help me tow or pay for the costs to repair. Reading below, it seems like others dealt with similar issues. Stay away!!!

I took my work truck here a few months ago and the service was great. I thought probably because its a work truck, so I decided to try take my personal car and see if the service would be the same. I was very surprised it was just as great as the first time. Kasey at the punchbowl location checked all the boxes that good customer service should be. She helped me the first time as well. She was prompt when I pulled in, asked the right questions, suggestive sold because my filters did need to be changed, and she made me feel like I would be taken care of all the time. I plan to take all my cars there.
