They barely gave any information, didn’t keep my estimate amount that I was guaranteed by the website, weren’t the friendliest. The service took around 30 minutes. They recommended I come back in 5,000 miles or less, which isn’t what my car requires; I only need an oil change every 10,000 miles… so, my recommendation is basically go here if you want the bare minimum for an average price. It honestly would have been cheaper to have done this service at my dealership. I prefer my dealership but wasn’t in the area and needed an oil change urgently to keep my car in its best shape.

I brought my Chevy Equinox in for an oil change. Price was right and they were fast. BUT……they failed to tighten my filter properly (Equinox requires a special tool). Wound up with oil on my driveway until I noticed the problem. Sent an e-mail to the manager but never heard back. An apology would have been nice.

Efficient and accurate. They've never cross threaded the bolts on my tires like Walmart. They dont refuse work over small issues with the car. They get the job done and they get it done quick. Its just a bit pricey but in my opinion its worth it.

I just want to commend the young lady who I spoke to on the phone today (12/28) at 4:15pm regarding an oil change and tire rotation. She *knew* her stuff and was very professional and friendly on the phone. I want to go to this specific Jiffy Lube because I know if she is like that, then there’s a chance her coworkers will also have the same level of customer service as her. Very impressed!

I usually come here for service when it’s not a milestone type service. Today when I brought my car in nobody was outside to take my keys. I waited 5 min then walked inside. After they pulled it in they asked what service I wanted, I said oil change and asked how much was a tire rotation. I agreed to get both the oil changed and tire rotation. Robert who happened to be behind the cashier told me rudely that I pulled in the wrong bay and that now they were going to have to back my car up and pull into another bay. I asked how am I supposed to know what bay to pull in since nobody came out. I almost declined the tire rotation because of that. Surprisingly they did the tire rotation and didn’t even have to move the car. I think if Robert spent more time greeting customers when they pull in instead of being a jerk it would be a lot more productive and lead to a higher level of customer satisfaction. I don’t think I will be back because of Robert’s rudeness. Plenty of other shops out there. Update: I am changing my rating. The owner of this Jiffy Lube did reach out to me directly and apologized for my experience. I really appreciate that he took the time to contact me, that says a lot about how they value their customers. I do plan on giving them another chance as I understand everyone has a bad day. Thank you Frank for reaching out, very much appreciated.

I was met immediately when I arrived, verified the oil change and told them I also wanted my tires filled to 38 psi. The entire process was less than 20 minutes, including changing the air filter, which they showed me the old one and it was filthy so we changed it. When I got in the truck at the end I checked the tire pressure = all at 38. Very positive experience and I will definitely return. Nice work!

I came in for an oil change and a knocking noise on my passenger side. The service that I received was so fast and friendly. The guys took extra care to check under my Subaru to try to fine out if something was loose under my car. Everyone worked together so fast and I feel that the service I received was exceptional!
