I can't even describe in words on how good off guy this man is him and his people are absolutely amazing and he's way more than fair .I've known Jimmy for quite sometime anytime a friend needs a mechanic I take them to him and that's saying a lot considering I have a family member who a mechanic with his own shop . Called to set up an inspection for my vehicle, was told that Jimmy was out testing a car and he would have him call back in about 20 minutes. Employee said to call back if I don't hear back by then. I called back and inquired about setting up an appointment about 35 minutes later. The employee was extremely rude and unprofessional. Answered the phone by just saying hello, I aksed if this was the mechanics and he said yeah, this is Jimmy's what do you want? When I mentioned about calling back, without me even finishing why I was calling he stated, he cant talk about setting up an appointment right now as he is on the phone with parts guy. I told him I was taking my business else where. From reading the other positive reviews about Jimmy's. I don't think it was Jimmy I was talking to.. again I will not inquire about doing business there ever again.

I've been to jimmy a couple times. Originally referred by a friend, I have many mechanic friends who would help me, but when I moved to Buffalo, I didn't. He's the best at making sure your car is ready to be driven. I brought my car bc my exhaust kept breaking. Now, mind you, I've seen mechanic work. He basically rebuilt my exhaust using minimal parts and it is really amazingly done. Forgot to have him charge my ac, he still gave me a little break the next day. Great mechanic, not trying to scam you for every dollar. I highly recommend jimmy.

If you need auto repairs, look no further, this is the place to take your vehicle. Jimmy is extremely friendly, honest, trustworthy, knowledgeable, performs repairs at a more than reasonable price and gets the job done quickly! His team is top notch. Exceptional customer service, I could NOT be happier. You can really tell he cares about his customers and his business. Car trouble can be very stressful. Some repair shops will take advantage of you, this will not happen at Jimmy's, I cannot recommend Jimmy's Auto Repair enough, he will always have my business. A++ rating!

I’ve been going to Jimmy for the last 20 years. He’s always done exceptional work at very honest prices. I wouldn’t trust my car with anybody else. I googled when I was told I had a wheel rim bent by Dunn Tire and they could not fix. My tire was constantly leaking and needed immediate attention. I found this shop was so close and went right to it. Jimmy answered my calls promptly and was friendly and is awesome to deal with. A straight shooter that has a clean fresh shop and wants to help you. He makes you feel comfortable and at ease from the start. I found the cost to be pleasantly reasonable (especially after Dunn's estimate on what I could expect!). He handles everything relating to your car other than service/engine work. My wife will be bringing her car in for repairs as well. Very happily pleased to have found such a personable,trusting qualified professional. Thanks Jimmy!

I can’t put into words today how thankful I am for a man like Jimmy. I had a gas leak today and thought it was something minor like a quick patch up and once he lifted my car and seen it was a more serious issue and made me aware of how serious this was… he saved me and my daughters life today. I’m not from south Buffalo but I’m grateful he was my first go to from a google search of a near by shop. My daughter and I made it home safe and the car was towed to the shop who has to fix it correctly. But again jimmy thank you god bless you and your family.
