So 11/06/2025 is when I came into JK. I was already eying a Honda they had, and I wanted to come in to test drive, to see if I wanted the vehicle . Me and my mother happened to meet Mr. Aldo Chavera outside. He was super kind and sweet! Felt just like a family friend. when we came in to make an offer there was no pressure, and no hidden fees that the dealer tried to sneak in. Mr.Aldo didn't even mind that I had my father on the phone with me as well, he was very transparent, and answered all of my families questions. Compared to my other run in's with other dealers Mr. Aldo was a breath of fresh air! the process was easy and once everything was signed Mr. Aldo personally took my car to the back to have it serviced and the wheels aligned for me. If the future permits I would definitely do business with JK Chevrolet again!

One star because zero stars is impossible. I brought my car to JK after being contacted by GM to participate in an airbag study. My 13 year old car qualified so I thought I'd help them out. My 2012 Cruze has always run great. I had 4 open recalls so I asked that those be addressed while my car was in the shop. When I came to pick up my car, it was running rough and an airbag alert was flashing on my dash. I had been given a faulty airbag, or rather an airbag with a faulty part. Why would they try to give back my car with this problem? We left the car for a few days while they repaired the mistake. One of the recalls wasn't done as they were waiting for a party. It's been a month and a half and still are waiting to be contacted about this issue. After picking up the car the second time, the dash was full of warnings that had never appeared before. They assured me that my car had all these problems when I brought it in. I've never had a problem with the air conditioning before, but now it won't blow cold. Also, there's something hanging from the bottom of my car that wasn't there before I brought it in. I am VERY RELUCTANT to let JK touch my car again. Think twice before letting them touch yours.

Even though JK Chevy is a Chevrolet dealer, they’re more than happy to work on GMCs since they share the same platform. Recently brought in a new GMC 1500 for a warranty issue, and they handled everything seamlessly. They ordered the part right away and had the repair completed within the week. I’ve used JK Chevrolet fourty some years and have bought over those years around 30 new vehicles for business and personal use. For years before his passing John Crane was my sales rep and I could not have asked for a better sales representative but now last year in December I bought me a new truck and again yesterday I bought my wife a new Traverse. Both times the sales rep that helped me was Mike (CUONG) Bui he’s a Vietnamese American and speaks great English. He’s a professional in every way. John crane was good but a lot of times unkept a little from running around the dealership taking care of as many customers as he could but Mike unlike John litterly must jump between walls or in the restroom to make sure his shirt is tucked in and he’s presentable before he sits back down. That’s the sign of a great professional in his field. The reason I mentioned Mike is a Vietnamese American is because he’s the only one there and if ur looking for a new Chevy, man I’m telling you he is litterly the one to talk to. The best at JK Chevrolet in Nederland. I went in with a set price in my mind and he worked overtime to get as close as he could to what I wanted. He gave a lot and I gave a little bit then the sales manager jumped in and knocked off an additional 800.00 which had JK coming off their price well over 3500.00 and my giving in but still spending about 4000.00 more than I wanted too but I was not including TT&L in what I wanted so I was about 2000.00 over my set price with Tax, title and everything else that came with a new 2026 Traverse. Now my daughter has a Christmas present of my wife’s old 2018 Traverse

I traveled to JK from Louisiana to look at their inventory and see what I could do to upgrade my current vehicle. The online sales person, Katina was very friendly and super helpful and put me in touch with Allison. Once we arrived, I was greeted immediately by Allison and explained my story (needed something with more room but due to recent divorce, my credit wasn't the best) She showed me several vehicles that matched what I had in mind and started working on the paperwork immediately. My 1yr old truck was is still currently in the shop. Took 2 weeks to diagnose what was wrong with it, not sure how long to order parts, and then finally got a text saying it was ready only to find out upon pick up that all the same codes are still popping up. Now they can't figure out whats wrong with it and are still diagnosing it. I have to call and constantly get updates. Apparently the tech closed my ticket and parked it outside instead of continuing to work on it. A new work ticket was created and I got another text saying my truck was ready only to go pick it up and again it was not ready. Very frustrating and no communication. Currently I have been without my truck since Dec. 4th. As far as sales goes, Jamie, Thomas and Aldo are the best. Made my process of buying very easy and quick. Top notch sales team.

Terrible experience. I took it in for a Special Condition, which was supposed to be at no charge. They said they couldn't fix that till other issues were taken care of. I ended up paying close to $450. They kept it 3 weeks and when I picked up my car, the Special Condition was not fixed and it was making a loud rattling noise when I drove it. I called to tell them that, got their voicemail, l left them a message and they never returned my call. My husband ended up looking under the car and several screws were left loose. I don't recommend anyone take their vehicle there.

I believe that JK Chevrolet has some of the best customer service that I have ever experienced. I've had experiences with sales people who don't listen to your needs, and who don't really care. When I went to JK Chevrolet in Nederland I had the privilege of working with Dylan and Alison, they both went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable in my car buying experience, they made sure all my needs were met, and I would even go as far to say that they understood what I needed, probably better than I did to be honest. They weren't like other salesmen or saleswomen that I've dealt with, they actually cared about my concerns, listened to what I needed, and made sure I got the best customer service in the business. I can't tell you enough how thankful that I am for their help and how appreciative I am they went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy with my purchase. Jk Chevrolet in Nederland, Texas is a great place to purchase a Subaru, Chevy or a used car. The service is fantastic and the prices are excellent. My salesman was Aldo and he was great. Very friendly and helpful. At Jk Chevrolet I got the best deal on a vehicle that I had ever had in my whole life. If you don’t have a trade in you can fly to Nederland, Aldo or another sales man will pick you up at the nearby airport and you can drive your new car home. I had a trade in and I drove 340 miles there and 340 back home and it was well worth it. I was completely pleased with Also and JK Chevy. They deserve more than 5 STARS.
