As long as you tell them specifically to wipe inside your doors and make sure the bugs are off of the front they do it. But I have had times where I have not said specifically what I want done and they don’t do it.

This place left tire shine all over the side of my Ford F250. They refused to help me clean it and told me I needed to pay another $80. There is several places around town that you can get your car cleaned. I recommend you look around before spending any money with people this. Horrible Management, I stopped on a roadteip to get my car cleaned and they messed my car up! Paint chipped and everything I'm so disappointed management did nothing to help, Shante said she would get back to me but never did, I'm so upset, I don't recommend coming here at all!

When i pulled up, noticed an employee arguing with a customer. Paid for an exterior wash and interior wipe down, wheels werent cleaned and absolutely nothing got wiped down . I want a refund

I visited the car wash today, I am a long time customer!! Shaunte’’ is really doing a great job managing!!! This car was looks immaculate!!! The rest rooms were updated and very clean!! Did not do a thorough job. Paid the $44 wax package plus $35 inside and out. Bugs still on mirrors and headlights, spots missed inside and out that still show dirty. Not pleased fir the cost of service

I absolutely LOVED the whole experience from the customer service to the actual service. I had a bad smell in my car and I couldn’t figure out how to get it out so I started looking around and they answered immediately and took me immediately after. Ms. Shaunte was so nice and funny kept me entertained the whole wait, she kept the lobby sparkling and it smelled soooooo good I had to ask what she was using lol definitely a 10/10. I will be recommending my family, friends & co-workers, I really enjoyed my experience and I’ll be returning.

The assistant manager gets 5 stars for being so sweet & attentive . I felt like the people who cleaned the inside of my car didn’t do a great job considering I paid so much money . The places i needed cleaned were still dirty .

They rushed. Did not wipe off panels and dash good. My rims were terrible. I had a coupon that was not honored because they couldn't scan it. Ill just do it myself next time and save $45 or get my 8 yr old to do it. Im confident she can do better.
