This place left tire shine all over the side of my Ford F250. They refused to help me clean it and told me I needed to pay another $80. There is several places around town that you can get your car cleaned. I recommend you look around before spending any money with people this. Please reach out to me and I will give you full details and recommend somewhere that is reputable.

Horrible Management, I stopped on a roadteip to get my car cleaned and they messed my car up! Paint chipped and everything I'm so disappointed management did nothing to help, Shante said she would get back to me but never did, I'm so upset, I don't recommend coming here at all!

When i pulled up, noticed an employee arguing with a customer. Paid for an exterior wash and interior wipe down, wheels werent cleaned and absolutely nothing got wiped down . I want a refund

The assistant manager gets 5 stars for being so sweet & attentive . I felt like the people who cleaned the inside of my car didn’t do a great job considering I paid so much money . The places i needed cleaned were still dirty .

Did not do a thorough job. Paid the $44 wax package plus $35 inside and out. Bugs still on mirrors and headlights, spots missed inside and out that still show dirty. Not pleased fir the cost of service

They rushed. Did not wipe off panels and dash good. My rims were terrible. I had a coupon that was not honored because they couldn't scan it. Ill just do it myself next time and save $45 or get my 8 yr old to do it. Im confident she can do better.

I absolutely LOVED the whole experience from the customer service to the actual service. I had a bad smell in my car and I couldn’t figure out how to get it out so I started looking around and they answered immediately and took me immediately after. Ms. Shaunte was so nice and funny kept me entertained the whole wait, she kept the lobby sparkling and it smelled soooooo good I had to ask what she was using lol definitely a 10/10. I will be recommending my family, friends & co-workers, I really enjoyed my experience and I’ll be returning.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The vehicle techs did a solid job overall—hard-working crew and respectful the whole time. What stood out was seeing what appeared to be three upper-management folks checking quality and or bird doggin’ at my vehicle alone, which tells me they take standards seriously or they are just bird dogs. That said, a couple small things were overlooked: the air freshener wasn’t placed, and the dash/steering column could’ve used a quick wipe. Nothing major—just details that matter when you’re already paying for a quality wash. I always tip the crew as a whole because they work hard, but there was a young man mowing outside who clearly takes pride in his work. He earned his own tip and was honestly hesitant to accept it for himself—which says a lot about his character. Keep up the hard work young man! Good operation overall. Tighten up the little details and this place is dialed in. My truck thanks you!
