Has had my car for 3 days without looking at it. I still do not have my car, or know what the issue is. They wont pickup the phone when I call. WORST SERVICE DEPARTMENT!

Made appointment, was there 30 minutes earlier than appointment, took my vehicle to the back in 15 minutes from arriving. After that EVERYTHING went down hill from there. It took 2 1/2 hours for a oil change and tire rotation. Girl at the check in desk was rude to me when I tried to pay, she had her red phone in her hand up to her mouth talking, so I waited and went to desk around the wall and was told to go back over there who was on her phone. She eventually got off the phone and looked at me and said, I wasn't on my phone, I was on my tablet. Well you were holding the red phone in your hand up to your mouth talking while looking at the computer screen, So it sure looked like you were on your phone! Told me she doesn't have my ticket to just go back in the waiting room and they'll come get you when it's ready! The ONLY person that was nice was Daisy, I think her name was.

I do not recommend this service location. I'll try another one next time. I purchased a truck from the sales department in March/April 2024, and the truck developed a noise coming from the rear end in the last week or so. I made an apt over the weekend for Monday, 9/23, and had my wife meet me to drop it off. My truck is a diesel, and the service advisor explained that they were behind on diesels and it would be mid-October before they could diagnose my truck. I obviously decided not to leave it, but before I left I asked the service manager to call me back. He called a few hours later after I emailed the salesperson I bought it from. He said since it wasn't an engine issue another tech could troubleshoot it (heck of an idea), and to bring it the next day. I brought it the next day, and asked the same service advisor what to expect - she could not provide any ETA on when they would look at it and just said she'd tell the service manager it was here. Being without a ride, I started calling around 3-4PM trying to find out if i needed to arrange for a ride home from work b/c they needed it another day, or if it would be ready. The service advisor could tell me nothing. I asked for the manager to call again - no call. The service advisor called me back at 4:30 and said it wasn't done, and that it would likely be the next day, so I arranged for a ride home. My ride and I stopped and ate dinner, and at 5:30 they called and said the truck was done, and I had 30 minutes to pick it up before they closed. The service advisors and the techs are not talking at this dealership, nor are the managers following up on service concerns. My sales person emailed me the next day to see if things were ok, and when I explained my experience she said she would have the general manager call back. The sales person emailed me again the next day asking if I had been contacted - I finally told her that I didn't need any further help with my truck repaired, and that I planned on sharing a review online, and it was up to the General Manager how the review ended (i.e. he reached out to hear my concerns, or he did not). It's 9/28/24 as I write this review, and the General Manager does not care enough to reach out. Do yourselves a favor - find different Chevy Dealer for service. The only person here that seems to care is the person who sold me the truck 6 months ago, and she is pretty powerless when it comes to helping with this, but in fairness she is the only one that attempted to help. Jk does a great job on sales - they can definitely compete with the big guys. The service dept cannot even compete with themselves.

Brought my truck in for warranty work Jk Chevrolet did everything classic wouldn’t for me (including scheduling an appointment rather than just letting my truck sit in the parking lot). The service advisor communicated effectively and kept me up to date on status changes. Something was missed on my truck, I brought it back in and they pushed it to the front and got me in and out in the same day. Things will be missed occasionally but their response to it was first class

This experience is exactly why I don't use dealerships for any type of service to my vehicles. I needed to have a body control module installed and programmed in my vehicle and only a dealership can do the programming. I also needed a window regulator replaced and they charged me over $400 in labor for that alone. Then when I get my vehicle back there is something wrong with the driver side power mirror. Every time I start the vehicle the mirror changes position and they want to charge me another $165 to diagnose it. It wasn't doing that when I dropped it off to them so I believe it is their responsibility to repair or at least diagnose without charging me.
