★☆☆☆☆ I brought my 2023 Toyota Tacoma with 29k miles on it. It is having issues with losing power. After driving it for 10 to 15 miles, and you make a stop, it will not get over 20 mph. The service center had it for two full days going into the third day and said that they could not duplicate the problem. However, they only put 39 total miles on the vehicle. I had recorded multiple videos with the issue and gave it to the service writer. She stated that they could not use the videos that they had to duplicate the problem. She also stated that they knew that they had similar issues on similar makes and models of this vehicle, but until they could find out what the issue was and duplicate the exact problem on my vehicle, they could not throw parts at it.

★☆☆☆☆ Vehicle was in service for 2 1/2 months and was never informed of progress of having the motor replace due to failure of mechanical parts. Service advisor only called once, and that was the day the vehicle arrived at dealership on tow truck. Was never notified by anyone that the vehicle was complete. I received an automated text letting me know it was ready. Thankfully I was able to trade the vehicle in so I no longer have to due business with this dealership again.
