They did an amazing job on our Honda! Landry was a big help talking me through what needed to be done. They were honest, looked at an estimate from another company, and even told me at least 4 of the "needed parts" on their estimate were not necessary (as they were undamaged & not needing replacing) - saving me over $200. I was so happy when I got my car back! There was no sign or trace of any of the damage. The body work was perfection and so was the paint job. They washed it for me and it looks better than it did when I brought it in. I had just had it washed myself. To top it off the Customer Service was beyond Excellent. I've never ever posted a review before. I'm so pleased I just had to this time!!

I brought my car to Tate's for Collision repair, We always use them because they are extremely professional, very honest and they communicate very well regarding the status of the repair. When they called and said I could come get it I was concerned I may not make it there before they closed, they told me they would wait and someone would be there, When I got there to pick up my car I was pleasantly surprised , they had detailed my car Inside & out, this made me extremely happy, I had been needing to get my car detailed for a while, but life with a 5yr old and full time Job made that kind of difficult to find the time. I was very happy with the work they did, and very satisfied with the customer service I received, I recommend them over & over to friends & family.

The aftermath of wrecking your vehicle is usually so stressful, but it wasn't at all with Tate and Company. Their team is incredible. They handled every aspect of what was needed after my accident. They had a tow truck get my vehicle, worked with my insurance adjuster, made sure I was set up for a rental, and kept me up-to-date with progress on the repairs. Not only did they do all of these things, they also returned my car back to me like I just bought it off the showroom floor. Just an incredible company with friendly, hard-working employees. I'd give more 🌟s if possible. Highly recommend!!!

After numerous calls about my daughter's wrecked car Josh was the only person to ask after her well being. I knew Tate and Co was it for us. They kept us up to date, I didn't feel like they tried to take it money. Josh was kind, wanted to help, and the repairs were great. I definitely recommend this place for your collision repairs!
