I came in with issues with my car dying at low speed or at stop. They diagnosed the issue that it was low oil levels. So they changed the oil and also advised I get break pads replaced, battery replaced and spark plugs replaced. I agreed to it all at $2,000. Drove home and the car would shake and had loud noises when putting on the breaks. Brought car back next day and they now say I needed new rotors. Again, not what I originally had issues with when coming in here on Monday. I have been here going on 3 1/2 hours and another $600 additional spent. If given the knowledge I would have opted not to replace the break pads as they were not giving me trouble yet.

Our advisor Crystal had a attitude and was very rude to other customers. Very unprofessional. Everyone else was very nice. Never told me what was going on with my vehicle or how long it was gonna take until a hour and half of waiting. Not doing business here again

Staff friendly! Loved seeing my car sales person, Mr. Weatherspoon. When I called service department for service, basic oil change, was told $60. But it was $80 something dollars. Maybe normal, but should have been told price could be more, etc.

After taking for a while she brought me to look at the new Tacomas. After the test drive she ran some numbers and had me sold after. She couldn't have been more helpful. I was left a 2016 Hyundai when my mother passed, 2016 Hyundai sonata with only 65000 miles. The car had a check engine light on and would only driven20 miles an hour. I have been getting my SUV service over three years at this location. The staff have always been respectful and extra Friendly and nice. I love the fact they text me for price check before performs any other type of sevice to my SUV. I really enjoy the videos they send me when working on my SUV. I enjoy the lobby that is set up for customers and I do use the complimentary shuttle for drop off and pickup services. I feel like I receive VIP services every time. The staff over every department is awesome and helpful.

No complaints here. The service rep guided me thru the whole process and even reminded me about a warranty that I’d forgotten about. She was able to answer every question I had and gave me timely updates. As far as the actual work, the testing diagnosed the problem perfectly and the fix was made in which fashion. I made an appointment for an oil change through their website. I arrived to drop my vehicle off early and they were able to complete my service within less than an hour. The price of the oil change is less than some of the "drive-thru" places. The waiting area is SUPER nice and comfy! All employees are very friendly and professional. Highly recommended!

Sunday morning the car was dead. Couldn’t get anything to work. Fortunately we had another vehicle. Monday morning at 0700 I called roadside assistance. They promptly answered, I communicated the issue and she said I should hear from AAA within 2 hours. We received call within 20 minutes and driver was at our home about 30 minutes later. He did his magic and jump started the car. We then drove it to the shop. Late that afternoon we were notified of the problem, a part needed to be ordered , expected eta was Wednesday. Sure enough Wednesday at 4 pm Crystal called to say car was ready. It’s running great again.
