★☆☆☆☆ Staff were super nice and helpful when first dropping my car off. Was guest to be about a week or two until it was done. Called Friday (week 3 of being in the shop) and was told it was being painted that day and if i wanted i could maybe pick it up that afternoon. But i did not pick it up i wanted it to have time to cure. Well now (the next Monday) I called to check on my car and was told he would call me back. I waited an hour and went to their shop and the lady told me he should have already called and that my car was being sent to paint! Has not even been painted yet!! And that it would be Wednesday or Thursday before I can take it! So it will be 4 weeks! He just now called me back an hour and a half later and said “this is Scott at vins” I said okay? And he said “I was going to call you back after my lunch break but they asked me to call now what can I help you with?” In a very rude way like I inconvienced him. He didn’t even remember what I called for and was suposta call me back? Very unprofessional and very unhappy. Maybe I’m over reacting but a month without your car is a long time and when no information is given about your vehicle it’s pretty frustrating.
