Update: After barely a week, my AC stopped blowing cold air. Took it for a checkup and they found a leak to which they said costs $200 to fix. I get that mistakes happen but a leak test should’ve been done or something. Even if it was done why did it only last me 4-5 days?? I have been driving around the entire summer with no AC and I’m in college, living on my own. I literally cannot drop $300-400 like it’s nothing which is how much it was to get it fixed the first time so I just wasted that money. Went and got my ac fixed and they were so very friendly. I usually get nervous going into auto shops because I’m a young woman driving a truck and fear I’ll get ripped off or something but they were very accommodating and they let me know what they were fixing as they were fixing it and any issues that come up in the process! Also got my oil changed too. Great service, a tad expensive fixing the ac, (but I’m in college so everything is expensive to me 🤣), and quick! Will definitely be coming here from now on!

Jody's Auto Service is the place to take your vehicles. They are very professional, cutious, and will explain what is wrong with your vehicle. They will give you an estimated quote, and if it is going to be different, you are notified before any work is done. I like knowing how much I am paying I don't like surprises. They also have 24 HR. Wrecker/Towing Service which I have had to use, and you don't have to wait 2 to 3 hours for them to show up. If my dad was here he would say " they are good old boys". Meaning you can trust them and their work. Be sure to join the rewards program, it will save you money.

Jody's Auto Service Center is top notch! If my husband and I could give this place more stars, we would. We found ourselves broke down on our anniversary trip, about 5 hours from home and 4 hours from our hotel destination. It was almost 7 PM, with a call to Honda in the area due to their service shop already being closed, no help from them. Our insurance called this place for towing our car, as we had no idea who to call or where to start. This company was prompt in responding, loaded our car up on their skid. Gabe had looked at what it was doing and already had a hunch it was a bad coil and fouled spark plug, so we felt comfortable having the car taken to their shop. We rented a car from the airport and headed to our destination, while they diagnosed the car's issue. We were contacted promptly on it being a bad coil and fouled spark plug, we authorized the repair, paid for it over the phone when the repair was completed, which made everything efficient for our trip, when we came back through Fort Smith, heading back to TN. The car is running great!

I was stranded outside of Mansfield with a flat tire. While I didn't ultimately end up needing a tow, the tow man, Rick, helped me tremendously over the phone. He taught me a couple of tricks that enabled me to get my flat off and spare on. Then he followed up with me a couple of times to make sure I was safely on my way. I cannot thank him and Jody's Towing enough. If I ever have trouble in the Fort Smith area again, they would definitely be my first choice for road rescue service. Jody’s is GREAT! They have a comfortable sitting area should you decide to stay and wait. I just had my driver side door handle replaced with a new one. I have had to unlock from the passenger side so now I can actually unlock and get in on the driver side again. In addition, my window used to go down but would barely go up. Jody’s replaced the motor and it goes up and down smooth as butter! Thanks to Mike and crew.

Beware of being suckered especially if you're female! These guys told me so many things were wrong with my car, I was afraid to drive it including telling me it was so rusted out underneath, they had to charge more for work they may or may not have even done. We found no proof of it. At the same time, they tried to talk me into doing business with the used car lot across the street. When I moved back to Oklahoma, my brother did do some work on it including fixing the line to the battery after being sold a new one I didn't need because they had no clue what was causing it to not start. He had me crawl under it to show me there was no rust under my car! At your own risk but I tried to warn you.

I'm a little late writing this review but I just wanted to say how happy I am with the work that was done on my car. The cost was lower than expected and they kept me informed of any issues that came up while they were working on it. Their customer service is excellent. Robert and Mike were so nice to talk to and answered any questions I had about my car. I would highly recommend Jody's on Phoenix to anyone and I 'm so grateful God led me to such a great place for car repair.

I have been coming to jodys for a few years now and this is just from my most recent experience. But before any work is done have them show you the numbers on paper before just being verbally told so there's no miscommunication. Had an alignment done and with additional things needed done it costed me 400 which was a surprise for me when I was just expecting a few extra dollars for bolts on top of the alignment. Everything was done and I had to pay for it other wise I would've just gone to Firestone and paid for their lifetime alignment they offer on top of the additional work needed to be done. I forgot to mention after all this my steering is still off lol. I will only use Jodys to rotate my tires since I bought them from Jodys and have until they are worn out. I'll have to look for another shop to do any mechanical work.

I was disappointed with my recent visit. The older lady at the front desk and gentleman seemed a bit unfriendly and made me feel unwelcome, which was unfortunate. However, the younger woman on staff was very kind and helpful, and I really appreciated her positive attitude. I hope this feedback helps the team improve customer service so that everyone who visits feels respected and comfortable!Overcharged!!!
