Johnson Lexus has never offered me less than 5 star service. This was true of my most recent service. My wait for the service writer was short. I was very grateful to have use of a complimentary loaner vehicle. That benefit is really important to me. Very quickly I received a text with a video demonstrating exactly the issue with my car that needed repair. Everyone I encounter at Johnson Lexus of Raleigh, from the receptionists to loaner car people to the staff in the waiting area and of course my dedicated service writer all want me to have a five star experience and they have achieved that in my experiences with them. I rarely experience this level of service these days. What a pleasure.

The service I received from Johnson Lexus was nothing less amazing. The moment you drive your car in they treat you like royalty. The customer service is like something I've never seen before. I needed a loaner to go to an appt while in the area and that was even smoother. I got my loaner and was on my way. While out, I receive a short video of my car and what was being done. Then shortly after a text saying my Lexus was ready. I appreciate what they do there and am very thankful for the treatment I received. I will be going back and recommend that if you drive a Lexus this is the place to go to.

This was my first time bringing my car in to this service center. I was advised by a family member to have my transmission fluid changed after reaching a certain number of miles. So I made a service appointment. Otherwise, my car had no other issues. The service representative who greeted me was very nice and friendly. After about 15-10 minutes of sitting in the waiting area, the rep came to speak with me. She spoke with her manager and let me know that a fluid change was not necessary, in fact it could be harmful to my car. She said it would cost over $400 to do and may not confer much benefit. I was really appreciative of this because they could have easily just taken my money but they were kind enough to spare me the hassle and cost. They offered a complimentary car wash which was greatly appreciated then sent me on my way. I had no problems!
