As an out-of-town parent of an NC State student, dealing with auto repairs can be very challenging. Fortunately, a friend recommended Xtreme Auto Collision. They made the entire process smooth and stress free. The repair work was excellent, and they were very accommodating to both me and my son. They even helped us with an insurance issue on a job they didn't perform. That kind of above and beyond service is rare. I can't recommend them highly enough. GR

Great customer service, and an art like repair. During a transfer from another state our Subaru Tribeca was severely damaged on the left rear quart. Kimmy the adjuster is a professional, knowledgeable, patient, and trustworthy. We got back our car in 10 days, and during this time we’ve got an update on the progress. Now the car looks like new no signs of the damage. They also cleaned and washed the car. I hope you won’t need a collision repair but if you do spare yourself the time this team are the best.

Customer service is key, that first impression, that first interaction and I want to say Vanessa and Jason represent that comfort level that let's you know yes I made the right decision. I spoke with Jason about my 2020 Jaguar and how Xtreme could make my babe shine all the time. Did an amazing job fixing up my Mercedes and dealing with Progressive. I had been kept up to date on progress consistently. The job took a little longer than expected, but it is because they meticulously inspected the vehicle near completion and found damage not visible to the naked eye. No shortcuts at this place.

Can't say enough good things about this body shop. I was looking for a BMW certified body shop to take care of my M550. They were very polite and answered all my detailed questions and use the proper certified methods. They were thorough, did a great repair, and the paint job was on point. I took my 2015 BMW X5 to Xtreme Auto and I could not be any happier with how professional, genuinely kind, and considerate these group of individuals are. The very best collision repair service you can get. When my wife's 2016 Subaru Outback was struck by a negligent driver we had her car taken to Xtreme Auto based on recommendations from several of her co-workers. We were not disappointed. Not only did they do excellent work on the car to make it look like new again but their customer service was outstanding as well. Since the negligent driver's insurance refused to pay for OEM parts in some places I paid for them myself and Kimmy expertly negotiated great parts prices from Subaru for me. I have no doubt that I would've paid much more myself and other shops would not have gone to such lengths on their client's behalf. Jason the owner is a true professional who takes personal interest in and care of all the cars (and their owners) that come through his shop. I cannot say enough good things about him or his business. I had the car appraised after the repairs and even the appraiser told me that Xtreme Auto does the best work of any shop in this area. Thank you Jason, Kimmy and the technicians and staff at Xtreme Auto for a job well done.

I am thrilled with the outstanding service I received from Xtreme Auto Collision for repairing my VW GTI! They skillfully removed multiple dents on the hood of the car. In addition damage caused by a fallen ladder, restoring the back taillight and corner panel to perfection. The attention to detail, impeccable craftsmanship, and friendly staff truly impressed me. My car looks as good as new, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Xtreme Auto Collision has definitely earned my trust for any future automotive needs. Thank you for a job well done! Update: In addition to the body work done I also had Xtreme apply their "Xtreme9h X3" top coat. After 3 weeks of driving the car was still in great condition. To wash the car I just rinsed with water and wiped dry. The pictures are from just after applying water. Highly recommended service.

I installed the part myself but the turn around time was quick/as expected for this kind of work. I found this place on a google search of body shops in the area, I noticed the extremely positive reviews and pics of them working on high end luxury cars. I have a Lexus IS 350 and my driver side door had to be replaced from a fender bender. I was being cautious picking a body shop and literally spent a couple hours scrolling through many body shops in the area on google. Google shows you the closest body shops to you by default and this one was on like the 3rd page of search results for me since I live near Garner and they are a good distance away in N. Raleigh(might be worth it for them to get promoted higher in search results). I got estimates from a couple other shops before finding this one but they didn't have consistent positive reviews and that worried me, so I went with Xtreme Auto the luxury car pics won me over honestly. This shop holds themselves to a high standard! Vanessa at the front desk is extremely polite and does a great job of keeping you up to date with the progress of your car repair. I know the car repair business is a very stressful job especially when you're the main person that has to talk to customers every day and she is excellent at addressing concerns in the most polite way possible, I would say she is the face of the business. I called them before driving there and got an appt for an estimate that same afternoon which was done by the owner and he was very polite as well and patiently answered my many questions. I noticed from the pics that their body shop floor is coated with epoxy(something I had researched in the past for my garage floor), it looks very well kept and not extremely dirty or greasy like most body shops, so that told me they like to keep the place clean and well kept which is a good sign to how they view their repair work. They have great attention to detail: - had a cup with sanitized pens to use, even used a sanitizing wipe on my key fob before handing it back to me - had a paper floor mat on driver side so the techs shoes wouldn't dirty up my factory car mats (can't tell you how many times other shops didn't do this in my old car and got my mats dirty) - I got the add on discounted hand wash and my car was shining when I picked it up, wheels had months of brake dust on them prior and they were super clean and tire gloss on tires too! This is a long review but I wanted to be detailed just like they were in fixing my car and doing such a great job. I hope my car isn't involved in any more accidents but if so I will surely be back and will refer you guys to anyone I run across looking for a body shop, thanks again!!

I brought my new 2020 All Black RAM 1500 to Xtreme Auto Collision (XAC) for minor bumper damage and ended up getting The Works: Ceramic Coating, wheel sealant, window sealant, window tinting, and Paint Protection Film (PPF) on the front bumper/sensitive areas. Jason and Vanessa at XAC were absolute professionals to deal with on scheduling, insurance, and knowledge of the products. Wow just WOW - the truck looks better now than it did when I drove it off the dealers lot. I strongly recommend if you want the job done correctly and hassle free go to XAC!

My car was t-boned so bad to a point where it took Xtreme Auto about 3 months to fix but it was worth waiting for. I’m so happy that Xtreme Auto took their time and my car was in the hands of CERTIFIED BMW techs. My car is damn near brand new. I also opted for a light detail and my car has that brand new leather smell, it’s so amazing!!! I Highly recommend Xtreme Auto for any luxury cars that need body work or even a detail. I’ve used Xtreme Auto twice for body work on my BMW, first for damage to the passenger door and the second time for front end damage. I’m quite particular about my car and was nervous about finding the right body shop. Choosing Xtreme was definitely the right choice. Their work was perfect and their paint job still looks like new for both repairs. Added bonus is that all their staff are all great to deal with as well. Highly recommend.

Two repairs here at 2 different times. Both excellent. The first was I finally carried the car to them as I had backed into a car. It went through 3 Allstate recommended shops including a Mercedes Certified repair center with dismal results including paint not buffed out, trunk did not fit right and last one let me have the car with the trunk not opening. Jason was excellent. They took the car, repaired it and returned it to me like it should be. The second time was from a road hazard that gouged out underneath the bumper and rocker panel. I took it straight to Jason because I knew he would repair it like it should be. I also knew Allstate would not cover the cost of the repair there, but I wanted it right and was willing to pay any costs Allstate denied out of my own pocket {$1300}. Again, I got the car back like it should be. I can't say enough great things about every part of their operation that I encountered.

I want to give a big thank you to the team at Xtreme Collision in Raleigh, North Carolina for the outstanding repair work on my 2025 BMW 840i. Back in December 2025, a deer ran into the side of the vehicle and damaged the left side, the front bumper, and the hood. From start to finish, Xtreme Collision worked seamlessly with Progressive and kept me updated throughout the entire repair process until I picked the car up earlier this week. When I saw the vehicle, it looked just like the day I picked it up from the BMW dealership after it arrived from the factory. Since it was custom ordered, that meant a lot to me. The quality of the work is truly impressive. A special thank you to Vanessa and Stephanie for keeping me informed every step of the way. You both did a fantastic job with communication and customer service. Even though you did an amazing job, hopefully I won’t need to see you again anytime soon!
