We had an incident in our truck while pulling our RV and were stranded in Erie PA. We found Johnson’s Car Care & Collision through google search after getting the runaround from the Ford dealership. They were a gem of a find . From the moment we called they told us to come over, scheduled us in and dealt with the insurance company. The truck looks like new and they kept us informed all along the way. Thank you Gizmo and team for delivering excellent service and quality work in a timely manner and within budget. I cannot say enough good things about Johnson’s! They quoted for me an reasonable amount to fix my front number and a windshield wiper nozzle for inspection. The ladies working in the office are so genuinely kind and helpful- they are extremely prompt in responding to any questions or concerns I had and any women reading this— if you are like me and always feel a little incomfortable and out of your element at an auto body/repair shop- go to Johnson’s! This was the most honest and reasonably priced auto body shop that I have ever been to and the work they did on my vehicle was so impressive. I couldn’t believe that they were able to repair my bumper rather than charge me to replace it, which I’m sure would have been easier for them and more expensive for me. The total cost of the work that they performed was less than what they initially quoted and I think that speaks to their honesty and their ethics as a business because they knew I was willing to pay the higher amount, but instead they were honest and were able to charge me less in fixing it rather than replacing it and actually saved me a few hundred dollars! They are so accommodating and will work with your schedule and availability! It is the first time in my life that I was ever given a final amount that was a few hundred dollars less than the original estimate!Again, they do AMAZING work! In fact, they called me to let me know that they had intended to connect my windshield wiper nozzle but forgot, so they called me in the morning the very next day and asked me to stop by so they could connect it before I had to get my car inspected, which was so greatly appreciated. These are just a few of the reasons why I would highly recommend Johnson’s to anyone I care about and heck, even to strangers because I stand by this positive review, 100%! When a local business goes above and beyond to deliver quality service at an affordable price, the least I can do is give them the positive review that they deserve and to let others know because it’s a rare quality in most businesses these days. Honestly, Johnson’s is the best auto body/repair shop I’ve ever been to- hands down. If you want quality work at a reasonable price, they are the shop you need to visit! I will be going to them from now on for all my vehicle repairs and body work. Thank you, Johnson’s for everything that you did! greatly appreciate your hard work and excellent customer service!

Gizmo and his crew did an excellent job! Super nice people too. I brought a fresh pair of fenders for paint/install as well as a new door hinge for paint/install, and needed rusty rocker panels cut out/welded/painted. Pricing was very fair, especially considering the quality of work they’re putting out. They got my 21 year old car looking like brand new again, can’t recommend enough!

I took my truck to them for repairs. Slight accident! Oh my everybody was great & they did awesome work on my truck! Went above & beyond what most places will do! Replaced my driver side headlight so it would match the one he had to replace! All I can say is Thank you for the great job they did! Took my car to Johnsons after an unfortunate accident with a tree branch! Gizmo and crew fixed me up so quick! They take pride in the work they do and it shows! My car looks great! Krishelle helped answer all my questions I had along the way. Johnsons is also a direct repair shop with my insurance so the whole process from start to finish was so easy! If I could give 10 stars I would. I called the shop a few hours prior to bringing my car in, and was told I could bring it by after I got off work. I had a splash guard that came undone, and they were able to repair it and get me on my way home in less than half an hour. All for a price that was lower than what Flynn’s quoted me at for just looking at the car. The front desk staff was friendly and Gizmo did me a huge solid on such short notice. 10/10 would recommend.
