I understand getting vehicle inspection is not a money maker for service stations but regardless it's the law. So it has to be done. Went here for inspection and was hesitantly greeted. While doing inspection, they replaced the third brake light. I was assuming just a few bucks...I was severely mistaken. I was charged a full hour of labor. The job had already been done when I found out. It's called a stupid tax on my part. No more business here.

Very bad customer service!! I went for inspection and have insurance and guy just refused to take my nation wide digital insurance. Had a older jeep and he was calling things out that has nothing to do with inspection. Maybe you need to work on youre customer service a digital copy of insurance is still a valid form but he wouldn't even look at it.

Found this place through friends when I first moved to Beaumont 2 years ago. One of the nicest people you would want to meet. Good old fashion pump service is more than enough reason to return over and over. Especially love Ladies Day on Wednesday. And as an extra special feature there is a mechanic garage that can fix most things or at the least send you to the right place. These people were extremely helpful as I went through the procedures for getting my car registered and ready for inspection in order to transfer my out of state license to Texas license. Give them a try, they are great!

Went here when my car died and couldn't be jumped and customer service was friendly. Everywhere else I called was gonna be days or weeks before getting me in. Got my car fixed and back on the road in the same day. It is more expensive then some places but if you need fast and friendly service this place kept their word.

I tried to use this business. I had a nail in my tire. I drove up to the business and saw workers off to the side so I drove toward them. They started pointing back toward the office area. I saw a man coming toward me and I rolled down my window. In a very gruff voice he told me the parking area was on the other side of the building. I told him I had a nail in my tire that I needed someone to look at. He said in the same very rude gruff voice, "It will be 1:00" I left and went to Discount Tire where a very nice young man checked my tire, removed the nail and I was on my way in about 10 minutes! I will never go back to this grumpy old man!!
