Had to have the front end of my truck looked at. The great team at JSV got me in quickly. After doing diagnosis they explained to me in detail what was wrong and the cheapest and less time consuming way to get it done. With in the next week my truck has the front end replaced 100% As a token of a great business they also changed my oil at no cost. With their in house financing available thru several lenders I was able to get my truck back in the road and running smoothly in less time others quoted me to just get it looked at. This is my 2nd review for Aaron and Julian at JSV Auto, LLC. I am putting my money where my reviews are! They were excellent AGAIN! I needed a 40-point inspection for an upcoming long road trip, along with an oil change and a tune-up with new spark plugs. Aaron steered me towards good quality spark plugs and did a fast and thorough job with the inspections - it came with a report at the end! He provided me with ALL DETAILS of everything he found in the 40-point inspection. He gave me estimates to fix anything before I committed, and advised me what to do if I didn’t move forward with repairs at this time. Basically, he’s my ally on the road! Thanks, Aaron, and again Julian, for working WITH me, listening to my concerns, and using common sense as we decided what to do now, and what to wait for later. I called JSV on Monday, having broke down in Santa Fe on a road trip from a few states over. I was planning to visit friends in ABQ next and was recommended this shop. They were friendly, said they had time for me, and I got my car towed there. They took care of it in just a handful of hours, called me to confirm it was a heater hose that needed replacement and to give a quote. They fixed it up, spent time running my car after to make sure there weren't additional leaks or issues, and I was able to pick it up before closing time. When my Nissan Rogue started making strange noises and the check engine light came on, I brought it over to my friend at JSV Auto, hoping he could figure it out. Not only did he diagnose the issues quickly, but he also went above and beyond. He replaced the worn-out brake pads and rotors, swapped out a faulty oxygen sensor, and even sealed up a hidden fluid leak that could’ve led to much worse. He kept me updated throughout the process, showing me the old parts and explaining everything in simple terms. I was impressed with how fast and professionally everything was handled. After the repairs, he also noticed the handling felt a bit off and suggested checking the suspension. Sure enough, he found the front shocks and rear struts were worn down. He replaced them and did a full wheel alignment. Driving the Rogue now feels like it’s brand new—smooth, quiet, and responsive. There’s no more shimmy at high speeds or weird pulling to one side. I honestly can’t thank JSV Auto enough. It’s rare to find an honest, knowledgeable mechanic who treats your car like it’s his own.

I dealt with Aaron we had issues in are RV trying to leave Ca. Aaron is a great guy and he’ll make sure whatever job he is required to do is completed quickly and correctly. He’ll answer any phone calls or questions you have. I can’t speak highly enough about him! He really went above and beyond to do what I wanted done. Just a side note: Never tell a mechanic what you think is wrong let them determine it by driving the vehicle.
