This business is the best one around Fort Wayne. We have been going to them for years. They even installed a winch in the bed of my husband's truck which is not their normal duties. They are very honest and always get us in as soon as possible. Will not go to any other shop.

I took my car in to get an oil change and have them look at why my car was making weird noises when I hit my brakes. They said they didnât see or hear anything wrong with my car. I wasnât convinced, so I had a family member take a look, and he said it was clear my brakes needed replaced badly. I took it to another mechanic and they confirmed my brakes needed replaced and it also had a very loose ball joint⌠đŹ Iâm not sure why exactly JTS missed it, but itâs just concerning that they missed something 2 other people saw right away and that couldâve resulted in a serious accident had it not been fixed. đ

I was going to take my vehicle to get serviced until they called me attempting to âupchargeâ, as she put it, double the cost of the part and called me cheap for not wanting to pay double the cost. Very rude, conning and unprofessional. And Iâm fully aware of the quote including both the labor and parts. My concern was that I had purchased the part myself and was fully aware of how much it cost brand new. She wanted 3 times the amount of the actual cost and called me cheap for not wanting to be ripped off. I ended paying $526 for a job your company quoted over $1,200 for.

Brought my vehicle in to get oil leak and oil changed. Picked up 2 days later and was told it was fixed. Got home and nope not fixed. It is leaking about a quart every other day.... so, not like a micro leak..... Now I have called a few times and left messages (during their posted business hours) and still no call back. For a service business, they should really try to provide service. Another business to put on the NEVER USE and tell everyone about.

Took my truck in for oil change. I also asked them to check out front brakes for intermittent squeal. They checked out each side and noted pads are in good shape and there is no evidence of scarring the rotors. All work was completed in an expedient and professional manner. Another great job completed by JTS!

I would highly recommend them for all your automotive needs. They are all very nice and knowledgeable. I went in for a simple body control module replacement and programming and had a weird popping sound and asked them if they would take a look at it and found the issue quickly. If I could post and rate without any (rating 0) stars I would. JTS is not what it used to be. They are now overpriced and neglectful. I advise anyone to utilize a different repair shop. Values and integrity are important and it is quite apparent that the new owners lack these attributes. There were 3 failures or mistakes made on their part. When you pay this amount of money (which is insane, even with the so-called discount) to just fail to inform a client of repairs needed, the other two details were minimal. But if they failed to do several services that you paid for, you start questioning if they even completed what you paid for. Even after calling them and informing them of why I had a problem. All they said was we all make mistakes. They didnât even ask me for my name, to find out which tech did the service to correct the issue. Very unethical and do not know how to run a business. The manager was supposedly on vacation but the worker also didnât offer to take my information down to have the manager handle the matter upon his return. Not worth the money or the time. Appears to not value their customers.

An absolute nightmare from start to finish. I don't even know where to begin. I brought my vehicle in several weeks ago as it was still under warranty and JTS was a preferred repair facility under my warranty company. I was told that the timing belt broke and my engine was ruined and I would need an engine replacement. After that, my vehicle sat in their shop for ALMOST A MONTH and they NEVER even touched it! When I would call for an update (they never called me with information, I always had to call them), Nikki was always rude and blamed everything on the fact that they were moving (guess the should have shut down during this time if they didn't want customers). I called my warranty company and they told me they were having trouble getting any response as well, even after asking JTS for proof of the problem 4 times! After my claim had been opened for almost 30 days with absolutely no progress made, my warranty company pulled the vehicle from JTS and had it moved to another facility where it was fixed in 3 days. Oh, and the diagnosis I got was completely wrong. It ended up being a $200 repair rather than the $5800 JTS was asking for. I am still in shock that this happened to me at a business that seems to have otherwise good reviews. If you want your vehicle fixed in a timely manner, look elsewhere. Beyond disappointed by how my situation was handled.

Customer service was excellent. Fast in and out time. They figured out the electrical issue with our 05 Town and Country transmission quickly. Prices seem very fair and he even located a used replacement power distribution center (new would be extremely expensive I imagine). They also called and asked for approval before fixing the issue, and gave us an estimate which was spot on for the final price. Really appreciate that too. They allowed us to drop off and pickup the vehicle on our weekend/after-hours schedule because we paid for the bill over the phone. We appreciate the good fast work and flexibility guys! Thanks you!

UPDATE: we had them completely replace our AC compressor for over $600 less than 2 years ago. The AC has now failed. They do not guarantee their work or their products. They claim they cannot even look up the part to see if it is covered. Stay away. No customer service or respect. My review from 2 years ago: Guys at Auto Zone mentioned that JTS seemed like a great place. We had an emergency need for AC repair and gave them a call. They were able to fit us in that day and got us 100% by afternoon. Great service; very friendly; highly recommend! We will definitely return
