I had an appointment at 10am and this little guy refuses to do work because I didn’t call 30 minutes prior. He’s the one that sets the appointment but doesn’t say anything about calling 30 min prior. It’s told him I’m a disabled veteran and also suffer memory loss due to TBI from an IED attack and if he verbally told me call 30 min prior He totally has short man issues, it’s not worth wasting your time considering you have to deal with his small man ego, why can’t they be normal, it’s not our fault they’re short.

I had an appointment set Monday for Friday at 11am. I get all the way to the place it's locked. I call this man he said you should have called 1 hour in advance so he can be ready. No you should been ready Monday when I set this appointment. I cannot stand unprofessional people. I would not recommend this service to anyone on any day!

Arrogant little man with a BIG mouth. He makes sure that you know that he only gets $20 a pop for doing a job that he signed up for and he could be at his car shop working. He talks to customers like children and has a nagging spirit about him.I hate that he's the only one in Memphis to service LiferSafer.

This man had my sister car since may was paid in full by November for work on her car for 10,000+… Full payment was received in all last year in November and this man gave her the run around constantly through out the process! Had the audacity to gaslight her after multiple times saying the car would be ready this weekend (on different weekends) & when she asked to come see the car he was to busy to make time to show her the progress…. All in all full payment was received but car was received back with multiple damages not fixed & he told her to take him to court… if this isn’t a scam, shiesty, grimey business owner idk what is ‼️

I’ve paid 12,000 plus dollars for repairs of 2 vehicles. My cars were dropped off May 2025 it is now January 2026 and I’ve gotten nothing but the run around and lies. He asked me to go ahead and pay him and I agreed thinking he would finish the work. I been constantly calling and asking for an update he told me that I’m looking for a baby sitter when I only want the services that I’ve paid for! As of now he has not answered my phone call nor text and neither of my cars have been repaired!! Service has been TERRIBLE
