Great and honest service. Something was not right with car he agreed to look at car for no cost then they found no issue only some loose bolts.. they charged me one hour labor and I requested to reduce it to half hour labor since it was just one bolt fit required. They happily reduced it to half. Thanks!

I had a rapidly deflating tire when I pulled into Vennards Service after running over a piece of metal on the road nearby. I went in and asked a mechanic if they fix flat tires to which he replied yes.To this I said great I just ran over something and needed a patch. He responded that I WOULD HAVE TO WAIT A WEEK FOR A FLAT FIX!!! I understand they may have been busy but it was a simple flat tire. So I left and changed to my spare and drove to KHAN AUTO on Central Ave who fixed my flat in no time even though he was busy. That's customer service right there. Vernards I was quite disappointed for your callous disregard of my situation, and I will never recommend this garage.

I came across this venue looking for gas, and fortunately, I found great staff people there to assist me. They realized I was not going to hire repair services, however they did not push me out the busy lot. I stayed at their pump for a very long duration of time. They kindly asked me if I needed help with anything else a few times. They offered to look up information and provided me with directions. Repair shops are often too busy, crowded and stand ff ish. I like to highlight venues of this type. Professional and kind. Thank you, Vennard's Service Center!

My husband and I have each brought our vehicles to Vennard's. Mine was a simple oil change and inspection. It's an older car so I fully expected that additional work would need to be done to pass inspection . That was not the case. There was no trying to sell me on something not needed. The car passed no problem. My husband needed an inspection and his A/C was not working. We are still working to figure out one of the issues with the A/C, but Mike explained his thoughts in detail, paid for a part that he didn't charge us for, as he wasn't sure whether it was problematic, and asked that we try it out and let him know in a couple of weeks if it worked. Bottom line, no BS. Good, honest people at Vennard's. Glad we finally found someone that we trust. Thank you!

Don't go here. I tried to get a NYS inspection 3 times. 1st time, the mechanic didnt have his license. 2nd, need appointment(ok w/e) 3rd,with appointment "we dont have the time" ohh and they tried telling me that my 70% tint was actually 27%, and that my new car with 1500 miles on it "could have rust on the rotors." At best they're disorganized & ignorant and at worst, they're trying to scam you. (all verified by a real mechanic) Edited for respons: they are Lying in the response. The tint was not checked with a light meter as I did not even let them look at my car after they suggested that I might have Rust on the rotors. Lying again.. What a complete loser.
