Took my car to get diagnosed and ended up needing starter replaced and a couple other things. Now that I got it out I have transmission issues I never had before taking the car to them. Of course I get the car back before they closed for the weekend so I couldn't talk to them about it when I noticed the check trans light on and the trans slipping. I only drove 1 mile from shop to the house.

I dropped off my 1996 Chevy silverado to have the timing adjusted which most other mechanic shops wouldn't even touch and they had my truck fixed in a couple of hours for $130. This is a mechanic shop that I plan on coming back to for my truck problems. This mechanic shop is small so they don't have a lot of time for big time consuming problems but still definitely give them a call and ask so you can get a rough price check or just to see where you can get that problem fixed at.

Took my daughter's car in for brakes because Speedy Oil Change told her they were almost metal to metal. Tim called me an hour after I dropped it off to tell the brakes were just fine with 5mm left. I will only take my vehicles to Tim.

Fantastic place to get your car worked on. Nice, easy to talk to people who aren’t trying to rip anyone off. Work was done quickly and on schedule. The mechanic at the end actually warned me about a local (nationwide chain) tire shop. He was very kind about it and didn’t want to bad mouth anyone. I should have listened to him. The tire guys over torqued a lug nut and snapped a wheel barring stud. Go to K-B Motors. You will be treated well.

I’ve come to K-B Motors for decades when Tim owned the shop as he provided amazing service. This was my first time back with the new owner and sadly it was a less-than-ideal encounter. The shop didn’t do one of the services I asked for and then did another service I didn’t ask for or approve of. I miss Tim already, it seems it’s time to try our other local community shop, Evert Automotive.

The only place I trusted with my vehicles. Tim and crew were honest and fair. Years ago they told my roommate that she was better off taking her car to a dealership as they'd have to charge for the specialized tool for that model. That's the type of rare honesty you can expect at KB. 10/10 service.
