These guys are car guys. I've been bringing my car here for a year or so now and the staff are always great to talk to. I like to do some of my own work and they can tell me what jobs I should do and which are more complicated. This time that I picked up, I ended up talking to Vlad. He knows all the good and bad for most euro cars and can tell you what to look out for. I learned a lot from talking with him. This shop was recommended by another shop, and it makes sense why. This is the kind of shop we are all looking for. Friendly, knowledgeable staff who do good work and appreciate their customers.

SERVICE WITH A SMILE! And a price that ROCKS! We got a new-to-us Mercedes Metris about 15 months ago. It had 12k miles. The dealer wanted $1,200 for a service!! Yikes. Not KB!! $250. Ah, save a thousand dollars? YES PLEASE. But what really blew me away and made me a customer for life is their service. I’m an artist and I came crying to them, before they’d ever done any service with them, because I’d gotten one of the back seats improperly seated when I was trying to reinstall it. The MBZ dealer wanted a minimum of $250 to look at it. KB reinstalled my seat FOR FREE! My husband and I bought have our own businesses and we know how important customer service is. KB does customer service in spades!!

Highly recommended. They have taken care of my past 3 cars and will continue to do so now I have another Mercedes. I did recommend them to my friend that was told at a Mercedes dealership her mechanical repair would be so expensive she should just buy another car. Guess what, the guys at KB were able to correctly diagnose what was wrong and they fixed it very easily, involving wayyyy less expense. A1.

In the past, I've been visiting my dealer to repair my BMW X5 diesel. Then 3 years ago, I switched to KB Motorsports. The difference was night and day. I was nothing more than a dollar sign at my dealer. At KB, they really get to know you and your vehicle and treat you like an old friend. Vlad, in particular is a very friendly and competent person. He went way beyond my expectation as a mechanic. I appreciated his extra efforts to solve my problem. I would highly recommend KBM for anyone with a German car.

Michael at KB Motorsports (San Marcos) was friendly and very knowledgeable. We bought a new 2025 Toyota Camry SE, and we are gifting our 2009 Civic to a family member. KB did a complete check-up on our Civic and let us know what was imperative to repair. KB will repair what’s needed, but they will also be honest about what’s needed, and what can wait. A shop that has elite knowledge and skills to fix literally any problem your vehicle may have, but also an owner and technicians that truly care about their customers and are dedicated to give them the best value for their money. KB motor sports were super professional, did an amazing job and even had my car washed when done. Tim and crew were amazing and very knowledgeable and experienced in the field. My car had a tricky diagnosis on a BMW wiring issue with the mechatronics. In a week and half, problem solved with full tune up ( tranmission flush, spark plugs, ignition coils, serpentine belt, and new emergency break line which failed and they found were all done). Thank you guys for getting me back on the road. Fully recommend anyone getting their cars fixed here.

KB Motorsports, and their technician Michael, are exceptional beyond words. Their shop, lobby, and lot are all well kept to such a degree that when I had a vehicle pre-purchase inspection, the Seller of the vehicle commented on how wonderful a space they kept their shop. Michael, my preferred technician, always does a very thorough inspection and rounds it off with a clear explanation of the faults and their solutions. I would highly recommend their shop and services to my closest loved ones, as well as anyone who began to mention thinking of having work done, or in need of a overall vehicle inspection. I wish I could give 6 out of 5 stars.
