Over the years, I have purchased a set of four tires twice for my car, four tires for my wife’s car, my son‘s car, and my daughter‘s car. The manager, Jacob Reynolds, and all the employees are always very Helpful. Even if you’re not sure if it’s time for new tires or not, they will tell you to bring it back in six or 12 months. Honesty is always the best policy.

My service was fine but I did find out that the tires I paid for and only have 25,000 miles on them are now down to a four count which means they will need to be replaced in the immediate future. I don’t think this is a good thing they are Cooper tires and should have lasted a lot longer than 25,000 miles

My daughter went there asking about a possible out of balance or alignment problem only to have a guy guy come out, poke at her tires, telling her he didn't see a problem, noticed she had a low tire and telling that was probably the problem and didn't even try and put air in it. And tried to tell her it was cheap tires probably causing it. Did nothing else to even try and help her.

Made an appointment to have my brakes done. Walk in, wait about 5 minutes for someone to acknowledge me, can tell he’s not happy to be there. “Hey, what can I do for you?” “Yes, I have an appointment to get my brakes done.” “Not on Sunday.” Well, according to my appointment, yes on Sunday. I specified what I needed done when scheduled. Never asked what kind of car, what my name was for the appointment, etc. Staff is rude. They don’t want to be there, or want extra work. Scheduling system is insufficient. Don’t go here. I went to Jiffy Lube on Lane Allen and had it done the same day, without an appointment, and they were nice as could be.

I went in for an oil change and “complimentary tire rotation”. Dropped my truck off and waited like 4 hours to go pick it back up, which was fine, but worth noting. Picked my truck up paid almost $90 which supposedly was after the employee took some money off to help me out. I’ve gone to other places in the area and had the same service completed for $60ish but this shop was close to my house and convenient so I didn’t really care. What aggravated me the most was that they didn’t rotate my tires. This is very frustrating considering they advertise the service as complimentary, and I explicitly asked them to do so when I dropped the vehicle off.

Made an appointment right at open on the website. I get a call 15 minutes before the scheduled service saying that the employee that does the service will not be there for hours and that they don’t do that service for the first couple hours they are open. I reschedule to get new tires and the next day have a completely flat tire. When they put on my new tires, they overlooked that there was a 2-3 inch crack in the rim.
