We were stranded on the side of the road with a flat tire and called several companies for assistance. Bill was very helpful and was willing to drive 40 minutes out of Wichita Falls to help us. He was honest and fair priced as well. If you need assistance, these guys are the best.

A 5 star review doesn’t even remotely do the justice and show my gratitude with how thankful I am for this company. On our way back home from Midland to Oklahoma City, we had a blowout. Luckily, a gentleman I didn’t even catch the name of because he was so dang quick, pulled over and changed our tire and put the spare on for me. I was with my girlfriend and our 5 month old and we weren’t outside more than about 10 minutes. I’m very thankful for everyone involved with this company, especially for the gentleman that helped us out. Thank you thank you thank

These guys will take walk-ins, actually roll-ins on flat tires. They immediately served with smiles. The price was competitive and service was fast. Kent was there and visited with us while his guys jacked up our overloaded trailer with fancy air jacks with ease. He shook our hands and asked us to come back if ever we needed his service and we said we would.

At first I have to say it was a great experience but due to some payment issues on their end they ended up trying to charge me for another persons service call and made my account negative days after the service was done. Now I’m stuck waiting for a my bank to release funds back to me thanks to this company and their poor records management. I do not recommend giving this company your card to ver the phone if possible. They need a digital format to remove this issue in the future

Experienced a miscommunication which resulted in them inadvertently disposing of my travel trailer's spare tire; they did the right thing and replaced the spare, free of charge! That's the way to run a business and why I will be a repeat customer. If you're looking for travel trailer/RV tires, Kent's is the place to go.

My trailer suffered 2 flats 15 mi out of town on the side of a busy highway. I only had one spare so I needed some help. Nobody else would help me but these guys did! Fast, hard-working, fair pricing. Hats off to Trooper Johnson who knew who to call and directed traffic so they could work.

I happened to puncture the sidewall on my tire and I couldn’t for the life of me find a tire shop open even though it was advertised open tell 6pm but I decided to not give up and I came to a shop I know is known for excellent service and don’t try to up sale I pulled in and just happened to catch an employee that works for Kent tire service and I told him my situation and he went above and beyond to make sure my tire was fixed so I could get back in the road I greatly appreciate bill for going above and beyond and the service was superior definitely recommend this place for all your tire needs

Great service! One of our RV tires blew about 2 miles down the road. We made it down there and someone got to work on our tire right away. We figured they should look at the other tires since we inherited this RV. Once we were told that the tires were 10 years old, and with hundreds of miles left in our trip, we bought all new tires. They had a less expensive but reliable brand in stock, we got a fair price, and we were in and out in less than an hour! Everyone was friendly and sympathetic to our situation. Highly recommend!
