Beyond impressed. Dustin prioritized my situation with my 2016 Kia soul. Not once did he ever treat me like “just another customer”. For months, I confided in his insight and expertise about my vehicles situation. Sometimes talking on the phone for an hour or more just asking questions. I live in Iowa and was reluctant to ship my car to his shop, states away from me. I had so many bad experiences with Kia and the local dealerships near me that it took some time to make sure I was making the best decision. I’m so glad that I did. When I shipped my car to his shop, my vehicle couldn’t even do 5mph!!! I was without my car nearly 6 months due to Kia and the dealerships giving me the run around and Dustin had my car fully repaired in 48 hours!!!! I’ve had my car back home now and have put quite a number of miles on it and she runs like new again. If you’re in a tough spot and aren’t sure where to turn, Dustin is the guy to get in touch with. Even now, he still answers my calls, texts, and messages with answers to any questions I have and that far exceeds any other shop I’ve encountered over the years. I can not recommend him enough. He even sent me updated photos/ videos during his inspections and come to find out my car had a recall related issue this entire time. Thank you so much for your patience and expert advice for the past several months. I encourage anyone in my same position to get their vehicle into Dustin immediately and don’t let the manufacturer or the dealerships waste anymore of your time.
