Showed up right when they opened at 8:00 a.m.. Came only for an oil and filter change. Did not hear from them all day. They said they would call when the job was done. I ended up calling them at 3:30 p.m. to find out if they were finished with the oil change. The shop closes at 5:00 p.m.. They said that they had finished at 2:00 p.m. and had called me, but that my voicemail box was full and therefore they could not leave a message. I guarantee you that my voicemail box is not full and that they never called me. I picked up the car at 4:00 p.m.. I checked the oil level before leaving and found that they had overfilled it. It looks like they overfilled it by a quart. I didn't bother them at the time about it because I had to get home and I did not trust them at this point anyways. As I was driving the car home, the tire pressure sensor turned on. Turns out they also messed with the tires and overinflated the tires. Not only were they overinflated, but the front right tire and the left back tire were at 50+ psi and the front left tire and right back tire were at 40+ psi. The recommended tire psi for the tires is 34 psi! I'll end up pumping out the extra quart of oil and adjust the air pressure to the proper psi myself. Thanks for nothing Knight's Service.

My father in law introduced me to them, he's been using them for decades without issue. Very honest, fast, and affordable. One of the best places for state inspections. (One year my SO forgot this place existed and took our car to a different place that was slightly closer to the house to get state inspected, The other place offered 3 reasons why the state inspection was denied and said it'd be $800 worth of work to get it to pass. We asked for a rejection sticker and drove it here for a second opinion. They said the other place made up 2 BS reasons and did 1 thing that needed to be fixed for $200. But explained we'd need to take it back to the place that originally failed us to get them to reinspect it. The other place passed us and claimed Knight's Service Center fixed the 3 items they failed us for, but Knight's made it clear the only fixed the one thing that needed to be done and did zero work on the other made up failures the other place failed us for.)

Everyone here is great and works hard for their customers. I have brought my old car in so many times and am always treated with respect. I won’t take my vehicle anywhere else. This is a small shop, so get there early or call them to make sure they can do your car. They do their best to make sure you get out quickly and like I said, they are always friendly and do great work.

Worst experience ever. I came for a check engine light and state inspection (car still was running fine). I mentioned to the receptionist that I saw oil in the winter and wonder if it was the valve cover gasket and if it is how much would it cost, she called and gave me a price. She assured me I would get a call before any work was done.. never received a call, so I called, just to be told the mechanic was running into issues doing the valve cover gasket...I was annoyed nobody called me, but at least the issue was being fixed (so I thought) and I had the funds. I got my car back and the check engine light came back on, so I took it back and dropped it off. Receptionist called in the evening, saying the mechanic is still looking at it and wants to keep it overnight, so I asked did he ever run the check engine light from the beginning...placed on hold for like 5 mins and she came back saying he said its the air flow mass sensor...why was my valve cover gasket done, if that wasn't the problem!? I was in a bind and needed my car back asap, so I hesitantly let them do the work and paid additional money for that job. Got my car back and it was horrible! It started and ran rough, kept bucking and if my foot was off the brake or gas it would speed up on its own. I called back and gave the owner the opportunity to fixed his employee's mess. He claimed the mechanic said my car was doing that when I brought it in (of course he would say anything to cover his self...my car ran smooth and quietly) . The owner claimed I needed a transmission flush. He did that free of charge, but now my hood latch is broken! I can't say which person did that, but I know prior to taking my car in the first time it worked perfectly. I am so upset I rather go elsewhere to get that fixed and get my car back to how it was. It's still bucking time from time and doesn't run smoothly like it once did. I thought it was going to be a great experience based off the positive reviews but it was anything but that. I should have known something was up when multiple customers asked for a different mechanic to work on their cars and long behold I got the incompetent lying one. This place did me wrong and the owner never once brought up the unauthorized and unnecessary work. I hope you know you don't get away with doing others wrong. RESPONSE TO OWNER: I CAME FOR A CHECK ENGINE LIGHT THAT CAME ON THE DAY BEFORE. I CAME BACK IN BECAUSE THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT CAME BACK ON. WHY WOULD I COME BACK UPSET THAT THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT WAS BACK ON AFTERWARDS, IF I DIDN'T COME FOR THAT INITIALLY!? WHY DID YOUR MECHANIC RESET THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT, IF I WASN'T BEING SEEN FOR THAT? WHY WOULD I ASK YOUR RECEPTIONIST WHAT DID THE CODE SAY WHEN I BROUGHT MY CAR IN THE FIRST TIME, IF I DIDN'T COME FOR A CHECK ENGINE LIGHT? AS FAR AS THE VALVE COVER GASKET, FROM PAST EXPERIENCE (OWNER OF 3 CAMRY'S), I WONDER IF IT COULD BE THAT AND IF SO HOW MUCH WOULD THAT BE. YOUR RECEPTIONIST CALLED ME THAT EVENING WITH A QUOTE AND REASSURED ME THAT I WOULD GET A CALL IN THE MORNING AFTER THE MECHANIC WAS FINISH WITH HIS DIAGNOSTIC. I MADE IT A POINT TO TELL HER I WANT A CALL. I NEVER GOT A CALL...I CALLED AND A MAN ANSWERED SAYING THE MECHANIC WAS RUNNING INTO ISSUES WITH THE VALVE COVER GASKET. I REPLIED, " SO THAT WAS WHAT IT WAS" AND HE ACTED CLUELESS AND SAID HE ASSUMS THAT WHAT IT WAS. AS FAR AS THE TIME IT TOOK ME TO WRITE THIS REVIEW IS ABSOLUTELY IRRELEVANT AND SHOULD BE THE LEAST OF YOUR CONCERN. YOU ARE ABSOLUTELY RIGHT I DIDN'T CALL ABOUT THE HOOD LATCH BECAUSE WHY BOTHER COMING BACK A 4TH TIME, SO THAT YOUR SHOP CAN DENY SOMETHING ELSE AND BREAK IT. I RATHER PAY SOMEONE ELSE TO FIX YOUR SHOP'S SCREW UP! I SEE THAT THE DESCRIPTION OF THE REASON I CAME OFF WAS LEFT OFF THE FIRST INVOICE, BUT DID NOT FAIL TO PUT IT ON THE SECOND INVOICE. LIKE I SAID BEFORE SHADY! AVOID THIS PLACE! READ YOUR INVOICES!!

The manager Keith disregarded me as a customer after I came to his place of business asking for a second opinion! The day before I got my car inspected at another shop , and that shop totally tried to take advantage of me and I looked for comfort in a second opinion. I asked him to perform the same thing to see if he discovered the same findings as the previous shop. Instead Keith saw a rejection sticker on my car , made An ASSUMPTION and let my car sit on the lot for 4hrs without looking at it at all! totally disrespectful and uncalled for . He needs to work on his professionalism and people skills!

We recently moved to the area. We weren't really sure on what mechanic shop to try out. There are times when you didn't get good service from one shop, and so you try another. After getting good service from Knights service center we have a change of heart and, and thank for your patience with me and that includes the front counter lady to the mechanics.
