Brought my 2004 F150 in for a coolant change and flush. They did a great job. The truck had suddenly started to miss a few days before. I didn’t expect they could fix it but after running diagnoses KWIK Kar was able to sniff out an obscure issue with an injector connection. Excellent job finding an odd problem and getting truck back running right.

I took my car to this location today and it was storming due to my car was leaking water through the roof of the front part of the front of the windshield a person by the name of Matt assisted me I was hysterically upset not knowing what was happening and he assured me he would look into what was happening. He found the problem and fixed it for me I will bring my car and my husbands truck to get work done because of the trust and the confidence that I have with this location !!! Great customer sevice and the empathy to someone being upset is beyond a person’s expectations . Thank you !!! I’ve been coming here for almost 2 years. Had a coupon for $5 off that expired a week ago and wouldn’t honor it?! It was 5 Dollars people, this was about principle! Customer service is atrocious! I guess client retention is no big deal?! Well you just lost my husband and I, along with our 2 daughters. 4 customers, gone! Buh-Bye!

I drive by there and there always busy. That's a good sign to me. I pull in for an oil change. The guy was on me quick. He said 10 minutes it was 10 minutes. I told him about my transmission making a sound, he said he'd check it out. All I need was the fluid changed. He fixed it . I was impressed. They are my new go to. Really professional. Pleasant. This establishment went above and beyond my expectations. I have been sick for the past 6 months and couldn't vacuum my car. I asked the the technician please excuse my dirty floor. They did my oil change and emissions test. Also without charge vacuumed my front floor, fixed my loose front windshield washer tube and filled my washer fluid no charge. The BEST customer service I have ever had. And I'm in my sixties That saying alot.

They will screw you out of your service. They are not honest about the coupons they don't accept up front. There is a sign on the desk that lists the coupons they DO NOT accept, but when you try to use a different one they will always deny it. Very dishonest service. If I could give 0 stars, I would! Since I cannot reply to your comment, I will edit here... There was nothing on the coupon regarding your location was not accepting the coupon. You should really understand what is out there and be upfront with your customers, and hold YOURSELF accountable. As far as no longer able to use your service, I would NEVER use you again. The dishonesty with your shop has me disgusted and would rather pay ANY other shop for their services. Dishonesty is a great way to run out of business. The lack of accountability on your part is a disgrace!

This was my first experience at Kwik Kar. I am very skeptical about who services the vehicles in my possession. Even though I only went for a state inspection, as soon as I walked in the door, I was greeted and treated like family. The team got me in and out(on a Saturday might I add), and on with my day. I would recommend their services to anyone I know! I’ll definitely be going back.

Beware!!! My experience having them just do a vehicle inspection was fine in the past, but when I came in with a check engine light on, they saw dollar signs! $$$$$ - Charged 2 different fees adding up to $100 just to look at it. - Told me my brand new break pads were completely worn out. (Verified by my mechanic friend and another shop) - The bid included 2 hours of labor (at $150/ hour) to do a job that took a mechanic friend less than 15 minutes. - They were going to charge me $150 for a sensor that I had in the car and cost around $20. - The total bid was almost $2,500! - After replacing the sensor myself (with help from a friend), I took it to an honest mechanic and saved over $1,000. While the price and speed of a vehicle inspection at Kwik Kar is good, they have lost my trust and business going forward. If I could give less than 1 star, I would.

I do not recommend this place. A waste of time and complete lack of professionalism. I visited this shop last Friday for an alignment. After the job was done, the technician showed me a report where two positions were in the "red zone" but assured me this was "normal" and the vehicle would function properly. It is important to note that this was not a complex repair, but a simple front-end alignment on a single axle. In reality: * Immediately after leaving, I noticed the steering wheel was constantly tilted to the left and would not center. * I initially left the shop because I had other matters to attend to, but I returned later that same day to address the issue. * When I returned, the technician acknowledged the problem but stated he couldn't fix it that day. He claimed he had "already done the maximum possible in the time available" and would need more time for a better result. While they didn't technically refuse to fix it, I decided to go elsewhere. First, I had already spent over an hour there and couldn't afford to lose more time and money at work on additional trips. Second, I had no confidence they could get it right a second time, as the "red" values on the report hadn't changed at all after their first attempt. Ultimately, I went to another shop where the technicians simply did the job correctly on the first try. Afterward, I requested a refund. Despite the clear evidence of their own report and the technician's verbal confirmation of the issue, I was denied. Furthermore, they accused me of potentially changing parts before going to the second shop. This is an absolutely unacceptable accusation, especially since the entire reason for the alignment was that I had just installed all new front control arms. I always try to resolve issues directly and avoid leaving negative feedback until the very last resort; I rarely write reviews like this. However, in this case, the shop preferred to keep $80 over maintaining their reputation. If you value your time and want quality service without absurd accusations, look elsewhere.

I pulled up and one of the workers came out promptly and let me know it might be 20 minutes or so because they were a little busy at the time. Completely understandable and I was willing to wait 20 minutes so I parked and walked in. Walking in the office, I didn’t feel welcomed at all the young lady at the front desk made me feel like a huge inconvenience. You guys need someone who can at least fake a smile. Zero customer service skills. However she did perk up as I left telling me to have a nice day so there is that I guess. When the mechanic invited me to the garage to inform me what was going on, he was really nice and courteous which I greatly appreciated. He suggested a couple different services I may need but at that point I had waited so long I could only get the oil changed. He is the reason you guys didn’t get 1 star. When I left over an hour had passed and I was late to a work meeting. That’s a bit longer than the estimated 20 minutes I was told when I pulled up. I do reviews like this all the time because real “service” is dying more and more with each passing day and I will do everything I can to attempt to keep it alive. I’m actually really passive but it’s painful for me when businesses can even do the basics at a mediocre level. I will give you guys another shot and will change this review depending on how it goes.

On November 17, 2025, I came in because my check engine light kept turning on and off. After being told that replacing the mass airflow sensor and the oxygen sensor would resolve the issue, I spent an entire day waiting—only to pay a substantial amount of money and get back on Loop 288 with every light on my dashboard lit up. When I returned, they removed the oxygen sensor they had just installed because, apparently, that was what caused my car to malfunction. In other words, they were guessing from the start. Despite that, they had no problem charging me for a part that clearly did not fix my issue. After wasting two full days at this shop with zero resolution, my check-engine light is still on, and now I’m being told the problem is the fuel pump. It is unacceptable that I was charged for unnecessary work while the actual problem remains unaddressed. To make matters worse, when I returned on the 18th to express my frustration, the manager behaved extremely unprofessionally, taking my keys and walking off without a word. I am almost sure he insulted me, based on the staff's reaction. This entire experience was unprofessional, careless, and dismissive. I strongly advise anyone considering this location to take their vehicle anywhere else. I should never have been charged for guesswork.
