My name is James Walker and I'll use this shop number time they fix my front end both axles and everything and now I'm asking about my radiator and wish they told me about it when they found out and they fix the other stuff now I'm trying to see what it's going to cost me to get it fixed hopefully it won't cost much but I need my truck fixed is not holding water and I'd be very appreciative if y'all fix that truck and get it back on the road for me thank you

Charged $80 for an oil change and I brought the oil and filter. Meanwhile, I look on the back of my HEB receipt and see a full synthetic oil change with oil for $25.99. I want to support a local shop but their pricing is ridiculous. Additionally, I’ve never left their shop without a light on my dash coming on for low fluids or overfilled fluids. Super sloppy.

Loved the service. Pulled up with the part and he immediately said that he can put it on for $60.00. I ended up needing two parts, so he went to Autozone and got the other one. After completing job he let me go to the bank and get the money for the additional part and labor. Now that's real trust in a customer. I wouldn't have screwed anyone over anyway. Not my style. They helped me out with my 2005 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo 4.7L and will use them again!!! Real talk!!! And it was cold!!!! 🥶.....See y'all again!!!!

ABSOLUTELY THE BEST!! Honestly We've had bad run ins with Mechanic shops before so when our vehicle tried to die. We poured $2000 into our Tahoe to fix everything we could for a misfire. I was heart broken it didnt solve it. We didnt want to lose her so i googled a shop in walking distance. (Most said, for how much we paid to fix it ourselves why didnt we just get a new vehicle, Trust me she is worth every dime) I found La Familia and took the leap..IM 1000000% SATISFIED AND IN LOVE! They kept us informed they worked fast concidering we just limped her there unannounced along with what the problem was.. They honestly went above and beyond for us! Will 100% recommend! Dont even get me started on the prices!

My husband was having problems with one of his windows going up and down. My son (Roger) had mentioned a shop near Trice that he uses and trust. So we took in his SUV by the auto shop at closing time. They looked at his car and told us what they thought was wrong and said to bring it in the next day and he would fix it. My husband went in to drop it off and Juan gave him a ride home. Very nice and reasonable prices. I recommend this shop! Good ones are hard to come by.

Awesome place to take your vehicle for repairs, especially if the larger auto body shops give you the runaround. Had a power steering pump that I couldn't install. Called these guys and they said they'd do it for a really decent price. They installed the pump with ease and discovered a power steering leak that needed repair. They repaired the line without charging an arm and leg extra. Long story short, my van steers like it was brand new now. Great guys!

Went to Autozone to check the battery because my car would not start. They advised the battery and alternator were good but it was showing that the Starter was going bad. I dropped off my car after work and the next morning they advised me it was ready and the starter still good. AND no charge. I am very grateful for the service, promptness, and kindness. A hidden gem. Don't let the facade fool you. Looks aren't great but the mechanics here know their stuff. Worked with Pago. He quickly fixed the issue with the brakes and saved us from a dangerous situation. Highly recommend this place.

They just change parts without doing a good diagnostic. They told me the truck was ready to pick up i test drove it and had the same problem. i had to fix it myself. They charged 500 bucks and lied to me saying it was all good and ready to go. Now they here lying they have no records of it. I posted this a long time ago they answer like 3 years later No valen pa puros chetos. Nomas cambian partes sin saber hacer buen diagnostico. Me entregaron la camioneta igual. Mejor le encontre la falla yo y la arregle.
