If I could put 0 stars I would, they made a mistake this morning on my account but instead of simply apologizing for their mistake the manager lied and blamed it on someone else. Respectfully I don’t care if a robot made the mistake, just apologize. Don’t be rude don’t try to blame it on someone else just apologize especially when you are running a business. I said long before this incident I wouldn’t use them again but truthfully I won’t ever use them nor will my family.
