I take my car here every few weeks for the Better Wash. They Armor-All and vacuum the inside, and wash and dry the outside, including the tires. My car always come out beautifully. The employees are always friendly and helpful. If you go on the weekend, you will probably have to wait awhile, sometimes over an hour, but it's worth it to me. They do such a good job. I highly recommend this car wash.

Just got the “best wash” this morning and it was below subpar.. I figured with their best wash the interior would be all cleaned and residue free but that wasn’t the case. The center console was not cleaned including the emergent brake area… I don’t think I will be back since I spent $36 and then a tip before I examined the car.

Very disappointed. The wheels looked like they had only been rinsed. The windows were not wiped/dried on the outside and untouched inside. The door jams were filthy and needed wiped. The dashboard was wiped off but not the center console or instrument panel. We could have gone to a cheap drive through car wash and achieved the same results but we wanted better and paid for better. But they did get the mud out of the wheel wells giving them three stars instead of two.

Good job, but a lot of areas missed around the joints. My first time here and I can get this from the auto wash. I will however say the interior crew is on their carpet game. Best carpet clean I've seen.just missed the high traffic areas like the cup holders and door handles.

They are always so fast and friendly and my car ALWAYS looks wonderful inside and out! You can't beat the quality of getting the oil change plus a car wash and detail for what other lube centers charge for JUST the oil change, and believe me I called around pricing the oil change before I went! I just love this place! ❤

Huge shout out to the owner, Kimberly! When getting our car detailed here, they accidentally missed the back seat. When we brought it to their attention, the owner overheard the conversation and quickly stepped in. We were very impressed with how she made the situation right immediately. We will definitely be back!

For $200+, I had my car completely detailed inside & out. Stains on the floor mats were cleaned very well. However, the detailer failed to properly DRY the mats after cleaning, and the moisture left in the mats began to mold overnight in the car, and the odor the next morning was awful. Genie needs to be sure that customers don't have to deal with this problem after spending that amount of money.

The car was washed and vacuumed out just like I liked it. But the girl up front cleaned the car fantastically. She cleaned it just like I used to. This is the first time I have had it really clean in about 8 years. Have gone to other car places but this as far as I am concerned is the best. Better hang on to her and give her a raise. She knows how to do it. 😄😄😄😄

Went here for the first time today. So far, so good. The only negative I have seen so far is the wait time. It took a out 35 minutes for them to clean the interior and run the vehicle through the car wash. Still waiting for the to dry it and do the tire dressing.

I always give a business 3 chances before I give up on them. The last two times I did the cheapest wash and was very disappointed. This time I did the best wash and my car didn't look any different than when I did the cheap package. If you want a 1/2 way job just pay the lowest price and have zero expectations. Won't be back.

I was very disappointed in a recent trip to Genie Car Wash I paid the extra for the better wash car came through very quickly looked like it had not been vacuumed well and it took them 20 to 30 minutes before they even started drying it when I pointed it out to the gentleman working he said I know I know and said I could take it back around if I wanted that they weren't busy. I was not the only one complaining while we sat and waited for an hour there were other people complaining. Needless to say I will not be giving Genie Car Wash my business I've tried both locations and neither one did a good job no wonder the drive-through ones are getting more business don't waste your money

This is my second time going to genie car wash in Waco. Both times I've been sadly disappointed. The outside of my car looked fantastic but the inside was far from what I paid for. There was dust on the dash and other places, mud on floor mats and they did a half way job vacuuming (there was dirt still in the crevasse of my seat) I bought the top package (the best wash) $31 dollars paid and extra $5 dollars for bumper and trim dress. I waited over and hour which I wouldn't have minded had my car been clean appropriately. The staff were very friendly and the waiting room was comfortable but I'm a working mother of 2 and I live in the country I just wanted to have my car looking good before I had to put car seats and softball equipment back in guess Ill just have to redo it myself which will take time I don't have ! all in all if you need a car wash and nothing else I'd go there but get the cheapest package and expect nothing else

This is a locally owned business and the customer service is beyond great. First, the owners son was the young man whom I dealt with when I first pulled up and he was very quick and helpful. I have a company truck and they use a third party to pay for the oil change and it was a first time for him. He was confused on how to write my ticket but took me to his mother’s office and got it squared away very quickly. They both were SUPER nice and VERY helpful. Also, while waiting there was a lady who lost her phone and the entire staff was very concerned and helpful trying to ease her anxiety. The owner took the time to call places that she had been before coming to the car wash and the phone was found. There isn’t much customer service like this anymore and was definitely awesome to see. I would give this place 10 stars if I could!!! Will be back for my oil changes from here on out!!!!

This is there idea of washing a car. When I asked to speak with a manager he said that's as good as it gets. What a scam do waste your time or money here.

Absolutely one of the worst car washes I've ever received. My car looks WORSE than when I brought it in and paid $31 for a "clean." The man doing my car literally took 45 mins to wipe down the car and it still looked awful! He actually stained my car!! I am going to follow up with the business owner. I am so upset! He didn't even wipe down the seats?! My interior looked splotchy from whatever chemical they used on it. The glass is streaky. They have literally RUINED the inside of my vehicle. I would never recommend this place for anyone that need their car cleaned. I am going to submit a report with BBB as well. This is UNACCEPTABLE!

This place will always be my go to location to pamper my car. They always do a fantastic job, and no matter how busy they are. If they missed something they will fix the issue. Their customer service is always beyond amazing from the beginning to the end. The workers are always leaving a personal touch. Plus if your impatient remember this they also have a express lane you drive in and quickly drive out. A quick and fast car wash under $10bucks! Try it you won't regret it.

I have come here before and the job was just ok. This time it was pretty bad. They didn’t even try to vacuum or even wipe the dash. Dust still everywhere, in seats, etc. If it hadn’t take way to long for this poor excuse of a cleaning I would have made them clean it again or asked for my money back. The only good thing about this place is the friendly cashier. Everyone else seemed to hate being there.

The only reason they deserve 1 star is the outside of my truck looked ok. I could type a lengthy review but I'll save myself the time and just attach pics. Yes, this is after the "car wash". There was a small leaf in the back floor. If they would have done anything the leaf would have been gone. I had a meeting to go to or I would have went back. Also, I asked for no fragrance but I got some terrible "new car" scent sprayed in my car. Ridiculous Never Again

Phenomenal interior and exterior detail job by these guys. I was quoted almost $400 at bulldog for the same service. Here I paid $160 for the full package and it was so worth it! It came out looking like it was fresh off the car lot! I had white dog hair all over the inside, spills of all kinds, sticky console, and they got it all out, and it smells great. The interior was vacuumed, shampooed, and detailed and if you could see how it looked when I took it in you'd be amazed. They said 3hrs but it only took 2, I had lunch next door at the Italian restaurant which is very good, while I waited. I've never been so pleased with a detail job. I will definitely go back to this location for the same service. If you go in for this service, make sure your entire interior is removed of all items, they will need it totally empty to detail it. They said they might not be able to get all the white dog hair out but they got 99.9% of it and I was extremely pleased.
