This dealership charged me $130 for “The Works” service. It normally is $49.95 at my local servicing Ford dealer. To add insult to injury, they didn’t even rotate the tires! I know that because the front wheels had brake dust on them before AND after they were supposedly rotated (while the back wheels didn’t have brake dust). I called to complain, and the service writer told me she would have the service manager call me, but I never received a followup call. I wouldn’t normally leave such a review based on a 1-time experience, but we were traveling and had overnighted in Waco. Of course, I never received the Ford survey so there was no chance to give feedback directly to them.

Apparently Quick Lane is mistakenly named as it took approximately 2 hours for an oil change to be completed. If one has nothing else to do with their life you can always kill an afternoon getting your car serviced at B-K.
